I receive a lot of inquiries regarding what it takes to create an audio book. Below is the basics of the response of what an author can do to create an audio book via Encouraging Audiobooks.

I have just finished listening to the audio that Pierrette has kindly made available on this site. To read her book cannot be enough, a person simply has to listen to this cd. I am filled with such pride that Pierrette sent me this link. It is a pure pleasure and a great treasure to be able to speak from my heart and praise her wonderful gift, for she is without doubt an authors author.

I have not had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Komarek in person, however, I have spent the past several months chatting with Pierrette on an authors message board and via email. What an amazing woman! My admiration for her has since grown stronger since listening to her life's story on these audio tapes. Pierrette's story is heartwarming, funny, and oh so real! She has a way with words that will make you feel like you were a part of her life's experiences. Thanks to the publisher(s) for finely bringing Ms. Komarek's work out for public viewing! One of the most wonderful things to happen to me, in my entire life, was meeting, staying and working with Pierrette on her autobiography, Le Cafe De Cadix.
