After considering the number of conflict that our members have in meeting on Tuesday's and Thursday night, I've decided to see how Wednesday night will work. Join us Wednesday night 1/28/09 at 9PM EST in the Quikonnex Conference room: http://quikonnex.ondemandconferences.com
Wednesday's meeting will be all about RSS (Really Simple Syndication) and the proper etiquette in its use.

Yesterday, during routine database maintenance, a mistake was made that caused the deletion of all received QMTP messages from our database. Messages sent from DeskView to Deskview users have been restored, however, messages sent via QMTP forms on channels or from QMTP forms placed on other websites were not recoverable. During this restoration process, messages that you may have previously deleted may reappear and will need to be deleted again.
I apologize for any inconvience caused by this and have take corrective action to ensure that this should not reoccur again.
As a reminder, DeskView does provide a method where you can periodically save all your messages to your computer. We do recommend that you save your messages on a regular basis and delete old messages from DeskView. This will provide you with a local backup of your data and will serve to speed up your DeskView's ability to load messages.
Again, please accept my apology. Thank you for your understanding.
