The government has gone too far in its use of National Security Letters, the Electronic Frontier Foundation argues. There are likely countless groups who receive National Security Letters and don't put up a fight -- like the Internet Archive did -- against releasing data to the feds. Read the full story
I am just amazed at the thinking of people who say they are making millions on the Internet with their program. Yes, some do, I imagine. But, I have to wonder - when they charge a fee of $22,000 for someone to get in their great and wonderful program, someone who knows nothing about what they are "really" going to get, why don't the rich guru guarantee a 30 day refund policy? Seems to me 3 days isn't fair or ethical. The rich affiliate has the new prospect so hyped in three days that they would not even be thinking of a refund.
A client of mine with NIBA - was a new prospect of Liberty League. Jeremy Minor is a self-proclaimed rich affiliate of Liberty. I talked to him and the company he represents in the hopes they would refund some of my client's $22,000. NOT!
Yes, Minor is rich and sucking in more and more newbies with visions of dollar signs dancing in their heads - however - Minor and all the rich types get their money up front and deceptively. I suppose that is how they got rich, huh? Sorry, that is not my way of doing business. Minor and his beautiful family live top shelf leaving his newbie's family eating beans. Take a look at his web site and you'll see what I mean. (click the title for site)
Now, read the reviews of Liberty League
and Ripoff
Then read Mani Mendez - Guru Busters - my kind of gal.
If you are in this program or know Jeremy Minor, I'd like to hear what you have to say. Email me and finally, don't spend more than you can afford to lose joining ANY program. I would not consider paying anyone upfront money for allowing me to work for them. Contact me and let me investigate - NO COST - before you jump in.

This is an alert about a company called Liberty League International.
I have been working to obtain a refund from a Jeremy Minor for a NIBA
client. I just talked to him today. What he said raised a big red flag
for me and I wanted to warn you.
That company has many members and has been around for a long time. They
are expensive - in my opinion - and anyone who jumps onboard had better
realize that if they can not do what the company dictates THERE ARE NO
REFUNDS. Now, I'm not talking 3 or 4 hundred here, I'm talking 20 or 30
thousand. I called the company itself and they state NO refunds, also.
I asked Mr. Minor why millionaires, as he claims to be, in such a business
as this (online), don't allow for a refund or partial refund for those who
try their very best to "get it" and succeed. He said NO refunds. He said there
is a 3 day window to request a refund. Well, in those 3 days he and other
affiliates have the "convert" so hyped they believe they can fly. 3 days is
not long enough. After all, it is a business and it IS all about money, right?
Bottom line - my client loses $22,000 and Mr. Minor's bank account isn't
hurt one bit. THAT is not good business in my opinion. It's a scam.
I report, you decide. I'd be very interested in YOUR opinion. Write to me.
PS: This information will be posted on the NIBA site very soon.

DANA POINT, Calif.
The U.S. Coast Guard Wednesday helped in the search for Robert Lee Vendrick, a 71-year-old Phoenix man who disappeared under mysterious circumstances.
Vendrick flew into Long Beach Airport Friday and rented a car. His wife later reported him missing when he failed to come home, Jim Amormino of the Orange County Sheriff's Department said.
Vendrick was supposed to be collecting a "highly secretive" $1 million-plus investment related to the federal government, Amormino said, based on information derived from the wife via Vendrick's partner, Gary Shawkey. In a nutshell, it's an agreement that hands over control of the high seas and the ocean floor to the International Seabed Authority, a wholly owned subsidiary of the United Nations and the third-world, and signals the end of our right to sail the world in freedom!
According to out Constitution, if the Senate passes it and the President signs it, it becomes law.
That's why Ronald Reagan blocked it so many years ago. He knew exactly what it contained and said, "Over my dead body!"
According to Carrie E. Donovan of the Heritage Foundation, Reagan had three major objections.
First , he objected to the International Seabed Authority (ISA), an organization designed to shake-down United States mining and maritime companies by requiring an application fee of $500,000, an annual fee of $1 million, and a percentage of profits -- up to 7 percent. These companies will be required to share their mining and navigational technology. And, oh yes, the ISA is run by third-world countries.
Second, Reagan understood the true purpose of restricting the world's supply of minerals by limiting access to the sea floor. It was to force nations to buy from land-locked third-world countries.
And third, he objected to the establishment of a United Nations style court to rule the waves and rule against the USA.
Reagan regarded himself as President of the United States rather than Savior of the Third World. He wasn't willing to surrender an inch of American sovereignty and would never condone forcing American corporations to kneel and pay tribute to a bunch of third-world despots.
We know today, what Reagan knew then. If this treaty is approved by the Senate, Americans will surrender freedoms they can never regain.

The Carpenters’ lives have been decimated. The result of this unwarranted IRS attack on Bruce Carpenter has made it impossible for him to have normal relationships with the business community. They and everyone else who falls into this trap will never be secure in their own person again. Why, because their social security numbers will be made public record (a federal crime to do so), not to mention the fact that they will be financially damaged to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars... Why isn’t this enormously large behemoth that ridiculously calls itself a “professional organization” being allowed to continue letting kids and teachers down? Why are politicians so afraid of an organization with such a horrendous record of scandal? Why are teacher-delegates to the NEA’s own annual convention still balking at some of the leadership’s various diktats, even when they get rudely sidelined? What do Americans have to show for the kinds of institutional settings both unions have advocated and lobbied for the dropped dress codes, the lax discipline, the biased curriculums, the graphic sex questionnaires? Why do we continue to throw tax dollars at failure-ridden social programs?... (click title for the rest of the article)

The North American Union & Superhighway is Rubbish
...North American Union and Super Highway were basically nuts. At the SPP gathering, they were only talking about mutual concerns to insure ongoing trade in the event of attacks, "harmonizing" things. Anyone, who is curious and questions what is already in the works, apparently amuses our President. Not only was there nothing going on at this "secret" meeting...

The Next Added 100 Million Americans. Part 2 by Frosty Wooldridge
Today, you witness in the halls of Congress and the White House a complete abrogation of common sense, civic responsibility, action for the common good and rational thinking toward the future. With each new scandal, such as Congressman Mark Foley[R] of Florida soliciting young boys, an aberrant side-dish serves up weekly that detracts from the harsh realities we face... What are Content Sites?
If you are like many of those who started out with
intentions of making millions online and are struggling to
capture the attentions of the large search engines, you are
in good company. Times have changed, and due to the low cost
of entry, the online world is becoming very competitive for
businesses starting out. Unless a website has a regional
appeal or caters to a very niche product or service, it is
rare that a webmaster can create a website that is only
focused on selling.
What is the answer?

ED NOTE: Having once owned a Credit Bureau, I am fully aware of what they do with our information. I ran across this interesting article today. What do you think of this stuff?
The Insurance Credit Reporting Scam: by Bill Sizemore Measure 42, which I wrote, would prohibit the obscene practice of using credit scoring to establish consumer insurance rates or premiums. In case you weren’t aware of it, insurance companies across the country routinely check your credit before issuing you a policy and base their rates largely on the credit scoring models they have created. Consumers beware: The entire system is a scam... (click title for full article)

Israel was involved with the bombing of the Twin Towers. Why should we support them? Oh, you must be a Faux News fan.
Sam, Brigitte Gabriel is the author of the article. I can not change her content. I believe the info there is important enough to post here. What do you have to say about the members named there who ARE in Congress? THAT is the point. Wanna play?
Hi Brigitte,
Lets play a game. We'll call it "How many of these people are Members of congress?" I'll give you a clue: Not all of them.
If you took two minutes to google the roll call vote on H.Res.391, you would find that there were only 8 "nay" votes, one of the people you mention didn't vote, another voted "present," and several are not even members of Congress. See the vote here: http://clerk.house.gov/evs/...

Compelling Articles Make Great Web Content
by Sharon Housley
Writing Articles
Articles are excellent tools to generate web traffic and
product interest. Writing articles, may sound easy enough,
but it is important that you write the proper types of
articles to attract interested readers. Follow these simple
steps to create compelling and interesting content.
Compelling Titles
Think of article titles as news headlines. They must strike
a chord with the reader and encourage them to read on.
Article titles are the writer's opportunity to grab the
casual web browsers interest. Consider using a play on words
or slightly modifying a common phrase to make the reader
pause. Use a provocative title. Consider making the the
title a question, and the article the answer. Questions are
particularly useful as an article title because readers are
naturally curious and will be enticed to read more. Titles
can also be calls to action.
