Personally, the list maintenance tasks were one of the biggest gripes I had as a publisher. With each new spam technology - good or bad - the publishers had to keep instituting changes to their systems to keep up. Now the subscribers are in control of their subscriptions and publishers can get back to publishing. I love Quikonnex.
