When a Human Being [PERSON] arrives at your web site they have a conversation going on in their head about THEIR needs, and how you might solve their problem.

ALL selling is a process. It is not always about arriving at an immediate destination, it's about negotating mutually agreed commitments between the buyer and the seller. This is a process of EXCHANGE.
Many internet marketers continually act like bullies in a kid's sandpit. "I've got you to my web site (somehow), now BUY from me!"
The sales copy reads something like this... "I've got this uBueat (Aussie expression for "must have") new system, ebook, program etc... and you're a complete loser if you don't buy it from me, right now!"
There are major problems with this approach, because at its (non) ethical core the seller doesn't care a damn about the buyer. The buyer is only perceived by the seller (in this instance) as a sales statistic.
