Imagine you have just finished putting together a terrific offer. It's
so powerful, the deal so good, that you would buy it on the spot.
But, before you release it to the public you want all of your opt-in
subscribers and affiliate members to get first crack at a special...
you figure it's only fair to them, right?

Well, now imagine you just cleaned your list of dead...

Well, now imagine you clean your list of dead addresses, add the
personalization so every one sees their first name in the title and in
the message body. You make sure the instructions for the unsubscribe
link are displayed where every one can see them. Your disclaimer
and the subscriber's signup information is included... email address,
date and time they subscribed and their IP address... You've done
every thing exactly right. You hit send and you wait for the sales
to start rolling in.

Now imagine the horror when you get a message from your ISP,
your hosting service and the company handling your list that you
have just been shut down for SPA*MMING. Can't happen?

Think again.

If your email went to an address and the server
was down for a few hours and the message resends...
you're a spammer.
Joe Blow has gotten lazy and rather than use the unsubscribe
link you provided, he hits the "Report as Spam" button his
ISP or email program offers... you're a spammer.
Josephine Programhopper has joined so many programs in
hope of getting rich quick that she doesn't have time to read
all the email she gets. She sees her name but assumes she's
the victim of email harvesting and 'click'... you're a spammer.

And remember, when it comes to spam you're guilty until proven
innocent. Even if you never face a fine, you've lost your ISP and
possibly your web hosting service.

If just one of these folks or an ISP sends a complaint to the state's
Attorney General or the Feds, you now begin the life and death
struggle to keep your business alive. Legal fees can quickly climb
into thousands of dollars. After an investigation, using the data
from your PC or the list management company, the government
determines you've sent 3,200 spam email messages. The Feds
are looking at collecting fines of $250 per email... $800,000!

But that's not the end of your nightmare. On a local Florida TV
station, wftv, a story ran that spam will now be a 3rd class felony,
with fines of $500 per email... $1.500,000 million in fines
and jail time.

So, even if you can laugh off the threat of huge fines, "they can't
get blood from a turnip" after all, you can't so easily laugh off the
newly added threat of jail time... and more states will be going in
this direction as legislators and bureaucrats key in on the additional
cash to state coffers and with elected prosecutors look toward
re-election or that coveted Attorney General's office.

But, we can always look at the bright side. As "spammers like
Bob Villa, you and me, are targeted by these 'protectors of the
people', real spammers will keep sending their trash and stay
one step ahead of slow moving investigators.
And of course the corporate giants, with their legions of lawyers
and bought and paid for politicians in tow, will also go merrily
on their way...

Until the government, state and federal, has complete control over
email and has established it's 'right' to collect a fee, they won't stop.

Until empire building corporations have milked every last dollar
from the system as it stands, they won't stop supporting them.

The deck is stacked against you. All the guru advice, products
and services that come in the next few years won't change that.

There is, however, an alternative. No guru will tell you about it...
government doesn't have it's heavy hand in it... and spammers
can't access it. An alternative where the message recipient has
total control.

spa*m free
virus free
worm free
trojan free
attachment free
headache free
filter free
competitor free
government control free
And, best of all, COST FREE!

Now wouldn't you think, if your favorite guru or the government,
with their constant harping on educating us, truly had your best
