THE REAL SOLUTION

What good does a "Truth in Lending" violation worth $2,000 do when you are now facing foreclosure because instead of modifying your loan as promised, the lender has used your smaller 'temporary' loan modification payment as justification to foreclose on you instead of giving you the permanent modification?

The short answer is it doesn't do you any good at all. The short answer is that 99% of the people screaming at you from the market place are screaming at you because they need to make their OWN monthly mortgage payments and your fees for their services are what pay their bills.

But they are not leading experts in their field. They have never fought a battle like this in their lives, and they have never won a battle like this for themselves or anyone else.

What they have done is to look out into the marketplace and find a need - and try to design some sort of 'answer' that fits within their skill set to deliver.

But is their 'answer' something that can lead to a real, solid, long term, as in "this is taken care of and handled for good" solution for YOU?

The answer, as recent history will attest, is no. The answer is that when they are done taking your money and 'providing their service' you will be poorer and still on your way to foreclosure or financial ruin or in a crappy modification that you will not be able to sustain.

In the end, the only one who can make the decision is you. But you must be sure that the decision you are making gives you the best odds of winning.

Until now, that has been a pure crap shoot. You could pretty much pull the trigger in any direction and the odds were about the same: slim to none.

Not anymore.

Now you can actually enlist the country's best and brightest - the guys whose peers work for the very lenders who you are up against, and let them show you what can be done when the right motives, the right minds and the right skills and the right level of experience are brought to the table.

I know what you're thinking.

It's so simple - everyone does the same thing - they immediately think the same thing. It's a sad commentary on the state of the nation, really.

It's a sad commentary on the overwhelming failure rate of those who are out there supposedly 'waging the battle' on the homeowners' behalf.

You're thinking "It's too good to be true."

What if there really are people, good people, smart, highly motivated and super successful people, who actually CARE what happens in this country in the next few years?

What if, in spite of all your doubts and skepticism - (which we can't blame you for having, honestly, based on the current state of affairs) you were wrong?

What if these people really had done every single thing they say they have done and have done it as well as anyone could, and they were ready and willing and able to go into battle for you - at what amounts to no cost compared to what it would normally cost to hire them; and you were to walk away because you were convinced it was 'Too good to be true"?
