First you have to jump through a bunch of hoops, going from web page to web page, and then you must sign up to PayDotCom to be an affiliate of this offer.

While jumping through all of these hoops, you will discover that you do not have the right to sell this product. This is a direct contradiction from the sales letter I received, and it is in conflict with the meaning of open source.

The whole process left me feeling quite confused. Basically, unless you pay to join his developers program all you are allowed to do with this software is use it. However, that is not what the sales copy would lead you to believe. The sales copy leads a person to believe that they can have, use, and resell the software, or even use it to make money providing services to others. But make no mistake, it is not free. You must make a purchase to do these things. The only way to sell it is to sign up as an affiliate, and how do you sell something that is supposed to be free? What you actually earn commissions on, as far as I can tell, is referring others to the backend sales listed on the page.

The sales letter states that one can resell this stuff for 100% profit, but the web site says explicitly that one cannot sell this product to others.

No. It is just FACT!

Well, even if you already have the Software or Home Study course you do NOT have Private Label rights until you register.

I downloaded the software after going through a number of last minute offers, complete with scores of PayPal buttons, only to find out that to become an affiliate, I have to join PayDotCom, another of Mike's programs.

So, if you are one who thinks this is a great deal, think again. Oh, and Mike will install the software for you for a fee of $300. Considering how many people won't be able to install this themselves, I think Mike has set himself up to really cash in.

Here is another little tid-bit... The Web of Trust site rates PayDotCom as untrustworthy. I have not found any place on this site to sign up for private label rights, and I can't sell this without signing up. I was given a link to sign up, but it did not take me to a registration page; it took me to a video that contains no link to register. So, if you like going in circles, sign up for this deal. Otherwise, I'd steer clear of it, because you'll probably become as confused as I am about it.

I signed up as an affiliate through PayDotCom and my affiliate link leads to a 404 error page. Is that good, or what?

And another thing, the PayDotCom sign up/welcome page for this deal has places where one is supposed to click for bonus downloads, but the links are not live.
