You probably have heard that your skin is the largest organ for detoxifying your body and that is true. It is very important to drink 2 to 3 qts. of pure water or non-caffeine herbal tea a day to flush your system. Your skin does other functions as well, protecting your internal organs, regulating our temperature by sweating when too warm or to cool, we tend to shiver.

Well if it able to leak out toxins, have you stopped to consider what toxins it can let leak into the body? What? Now that is something to consider. So when anyone has in their home or work space, toxic chemicals it is an opening to bring toxins into their body. Did you know that woman who spend their lives working from home have higher cancer and other health issues than those woman who work outside their home. Why?
