We will be doing some server maintenance along with a general "clean up" of outdated information during August 2008.  Please help us get ready for this process by performing housekeeping on your messages.

RECEIVED:  We will be deleting any messages older than August 1, 2007 at that time so please "save messages" to your local computer (via the SAVE MESSAGE icon) which you may wish to keep past that date.

SENT:  Just like email, any time you send a message no matter how trivial it saves a copy.  Please go through and delete any unwanted messages.

ARCHIVES:  If you have any archived messages you wish to save locally, please do so and DELETE the archive.
