Renovation Update
Eva J. Mah
Nexus Exchange Owner/Admin
As I type, Justin Ledvina of
Shark Studio is creating a new look for
Nexus Exchange.
John Higgins is waiting in the wings to do his magic on the new script. I am working on transferring and re-working web pages. Aaron is anxiously supervising by phone. To give us time to test everything to make sure that everything is working right, we expect to debut the new
Nexus Exchange by March 17, 2008. You will know when it is about to happen because the site will be down for a few hours during the transfer of the database. But we will give plenty of warning before that happens.
So, what is coming, what is staying and what is going?
Justin promises a clean, professional, updated look that is going to POP. He will also design new splash pages and banners for us as well.
Some of our loyal, diehard members may recall the origin behind the name
Nexus Exchange. We never fully developed the Nexus theme, and I want to do so now. Membership levels will be renamed. Surf verification pages will feature bridge trivia questions. Eventually, because I need to find the graphics first, the standard surfbar images will be replaced with pictures of bridges.
We will manage most of our email through
AWeber. Once we go live with the new script, you will be asked to opt-in to our members update list before being allowed to login to your account. If you do not wish to receive our update emails, you can simply and easily opt-out upon receiving the first unwanted email by clicking a link at the bottom of the message. You will still receive account-related messages that are generated by the script.
SplashPoints, of course, is staying.
HitsConnect will remain our recommended ad tracking service.
Nexus Exchange members will receive a 30% discount on the subscription price when they join from the link inside the members area.
As the LJ script provides bonus credit links on the surfbar, we will no longer run our bonus surf page every 45 sites.
We will no longer have a downline builder. We recommend using
Affiliate Funnel.
More news to come as it develops.

NEXUS EXCHANGE UPDATE
Site Acceptance Policy Change
Due to a change in the TOS of Google AdSense, sites displaying AdSense ads will no longer be accepted at
Nexus Exchange. We do this to keep our members from losing their AdSense accounts. If you have a site in rotation with AdSense ads on it, please login and delete that site.
Our New Contact Information
Visit our support page to view all the ways that you can get in touch with us.
Please note that the phone number has changed. The new support phone number is Eva's cell phone number. Eva has taken charge of all support issues related to ACPeavy Enterprises programs as she can more readily access a computer than Aaron can nowadays. If you just want to pick Aaron's brain, you can still reach him at the old number (as long as he is traveling through an area with cell phone coverage).
New Script, New Look
The all-new
Nexus Exchange, complete with new script and new site design,
will debut March 17, 2008.
Nexus Exchange will remain open for business during the reconstruction work.
Login or Lose Your Account
If you haven't logged into your
Nexus Exchange account recently (like within the last year or so), you are in danger of losing your account.
Click here to login to your Nexus Exchange account.
Update Your Contact Info
If you have not received an email message from us in the past two weeks, your email box is bouncing messages from us.
Login to your Nexus Exchange account, go to
Member Details, and update your contact email address. Any member with an email address that bounces also risks being deleted from our membership database. Members with closed email accounts are being deleted.
SplashPoints Update
SplashPoints can now be claimed on the surfbar
every 20th site viewed. You may trade your
SplashPoints for products and services anywhere that
SplashPoints are accepted. For the current list of premium merchants,
go to the SplashPoints Shop. At the moment, the Nexus Exchange Shop is empty, but once we change over to the LJ script, products will be added.
Support Conferences are no more
We no longer offer live online support conferences. You can still reach us readily by email and telephone, or post in our section of
NetMarketing Forum.
OUR PICK
Traffic Exchanges!
Aaron will not be happy with me for promoting the competition, but I have got to give credit where credit is due.
The traffic exchanges that provide
Nexus Exchange with the most referrals are, in order,
- Traffic Splash
- Traffic Pods
- StartXchange
- RealHitz4U
Traffic Splash deserves a special notation because it referred more people than
Traffic Pods,
StartXchange, and
RealHitz4U combined!
Many thanks to everyone for the support!
THROUGH THE EYES OF Eva ...
Actual phone call
Eva: Hello
Caller: Hi Eva! Did you have a chance to look at the program that we talked about earlier?
Eva: Yes, I did.
Caller: Well, what do you think?
Eva: I don't participate in programs with one-up compensation plans.
Caller: Why is that?
Eva: It is my understanding that such compensation plans are illegal in the United States.
Caller: Oh, well besides that, what do you think of the program?
