Over the last week we had a turn of events happening that makes me so proud as a Mom to watch. Just one year ago on this blog I wrote about our son Adam graduation from college and how this may not have been possible if it wasn't for the Shaklee Distributor business we built together. This picture was taken of Adam last August at the Nashville Convention. Notice the "Star Achiver" wrist band. Believe me he would never have walked on stage to recieve that award! As a Shaklee Distributor they honor you wether you want to walk across stage or not...
It all started when one of Adam's friends asked if he wanted to purchase his truck. Where we live the Thanksgiving holiday is a time for all the " kids" to come home and spend time with their friends they grew up with. This same night 2 other people came up to Adam and asked about his Shaklee Distributor business. The next day I could tell Adam was in deep thought about what he was asked the night before. By that evening he was driving through the car dealership looking at new trucks. Over the next several days the whole family was involved with helping Adam shop for the best deal on a different truck.
Last night Adam pulls in the lane with his New 2008 Chevrolet 4 wheel drive Z71 extended cab truck. He was beaming from ear to ear and walking with an extra bounce. This is his dream truck he just purchased, it has all the bells and whistle's on it. One of the first things he said as he walked in the door was, "this wouldn't have been possible if it wasn't for my Shaklee Distributor business."
One of the reason's I think he stressed so over this decision, he had a concern what others would think when he pulled into work with this new truck. No other employees where he works are driving "New Trucks." What sets Adam apart from all of those other employees is his Shaklee Distributor Business.
Adam is very different than many people you meet in MLM businesses. He is very shy until he gets to know you. Many of his friends only know about his Shaklee distributor business because they asked him about it. His business has been built strictly through online marketing. Adam has the extra income as a Shaklee Distributor to afford to live and get the extra's. Over the last year he has seen a steady increase in his income from his business.
Our company has an 80% re-order rate, that's almost un-heard of with most companies. As a Shaklee Director with a customer base you can earn and extra $1000 per month or $100,000 per year. It's all up to you. First you have to see the vision of your own business and decide how bad you want it. It's the "why" that will drive you to success.
I have seen the vision grow much stronger over the last week for Adam. (That happens when people come to you and ask about your business.) Adam has that vision and is reaping the benefits.
