Articles As Search Engine Spider Food.
| Tuesday, February 17, 2004 |

Quality information has always been important.
This bears repeating... "Quality information on your topic of choice always has been and always will be valuable spider food for Search Engines."
Now, for those of you who understand how powerful a technique writing and posting articles in ezines, and articles directories has always been in getting quality traffic to your own web site think about what this now means when you have your own Qchannel.
Use your Qchannel in the following ways...
First up: Learn how to weave target key phrases into your article.
Key phrases are "addresses" for search engines spiders. For example this article is about using Qchannels as a traffic builder for web sites. It's about web site promotion marketing using RSS publishing techniques.
For those interested I've just used three different target key phrases in that last paragraph. I wonder if you can work out which ones I used?
Next: Focus and write "value".
Next: Repeat the exercise often (the writing exercise that is).
So what happens here and why is this important?
When (posting articles to ezine article submission sites) you posted your article the primary (traffic) beneficiary of your article post was the article directory itself. This is why these directories wanted your articles, and posting was/ is always free. They WANT your content as spider food for their site. These sites always had themes such as Internet marketing.
Okay, so that was a fair deal. They provided a free service. You posted your article and got exposure for yourself, and they got increased traffic.
Now, with Qchannels you can effectively become your own searchable articles directory on any topic you like.
So, you see... just by posting regularly on a topic and weaving key words and key phrases through your article you effectively become your own article submission directory because Quikonnex is a content rich database that is continually spidered by the Search Engines.
Cheers
