Encouraging Enterprises, Inc. announced the completion of its Online Community Magazine Software.

This unique turnkey software allows anyone to run an online community magazine, complete with Internet Radio and TV Station, plus a Business Directory and Community Coupon Site. The magazines host audio and video, as well as columns, created by members of the community.

Five charter Magazines have been established, and are undergoing their installation.
