I wanted to update you on what has been going on with Purina Beneful. I have contacted the FDA, who told me that they had recieved quite a number of complaints about Beneful. They took down my information and said they would be in touch, but refused to test my food as of yet. Beneful has not tested the sample of food I sent in to them. When I contacted them about it, they told me their policy does not allow them to conduct chemical testing on the food - and they would only be physically inspecting it for abnormalities, and possibly examining it under a microscope. They said they would have claims representative contact me, but that was 2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing.

I am at a loss of what to do about Purina. The company is refusing to take any responsibility for their clearly poisonous dog food. Based on the reports on your site, and their similarity to the sickness and death of my puppy, I am convinced Beneful killed him.
