The link between mere management and great leadership is communication

Leadership Communication by John Baldoni The link between mere management and great leadership is communication.

Visit John's website and read many ideas on leadership as a practice for daily operations - http://www.lc21.com/directions/index.html

In addition, our practice addresses the non-verbal aspects of communication in daily operations:

Basic human nature.  Not new information but simply applied in a timely manner to business practices in his new book.  This creates a real sense of urgency to give frontline team leaders and managers activities for leading relationships to compliment their existing managerial activities.  It is very short-sighted to attempt to rely on managerial activities to completely handle communications, thought, thought, emotions, and learning between customers, associates, and partners of daily operations.
