Earth Day: Plant a Tree in Your Yard
I'm doing the Science of Getting Rich Every Day at 2:pmEST so come back and check out the wonderful training. Now in the light of the New AGE of a new day in April, it's time for more people to celebrate being human. And what a worldwide celebration it would be if we could all participate. On April 22nd, we will celebrate Earth Day. This is an important event and one we should all participate in. To this end, plant a tree in your yard in observance of this important day.
Earth Day was founded by Mr. John McConnell on March 21, 1970. He writes, “When the Vernal Equinox dawned on me, I immediately knew it was right. The Earth tremor that shook our California dwelling at that moment seemed an omen of confirmation. What could be more appropriate than the first moment of spring, when day and night are equal around the world and hearts and minds can join together with thoughts of harmony and Earth's rejuvenation. Just as a single prayer can be significant, how much more so when hundreds, thousands, millions of people throughout the world join in peaceful thoughts and prayers to nurture neighbor and nature. And so it came to pass we initiated the celebration of Earth Day on March 21, 1970.”
Here are instructions on how to plant a tree in your backyard on Earth Day:
Determine what type of tree you are going to plant and where. Choose a sapling, but do not soak it prior to planting. You don’t have to remove the burlap that encases the sapling, but do remove the ties. Open the burlap sapling and clip the roots which circle the outer part of the root ball. Dig a hole two to five times wider than the root ball. In the bottom and center of the hole, leave a planting base of undisturbed soil. Put the root ball on undisturbed soil flush to two inches over the top of the hole. Hold the tree while backfilling with dirt and soil. Remove grass and weeds within six inches of tree material. With excess soil, build a small boarder around the hole to add water down to the roots; then water and mulch.
“Earth Day was firmly established for all time on a sound basis as an annual event to deepen reverence and care for life on our planet.” Mr. John McConnell
What better way to observe Earth Day, than to plant a tree in your yard. Mr. McConnell wrote so eloquently about the importance of this day; it behooves everyone to follow his dream of nature/nurture.
Mr. Wattles tells us there is a science of getting rich and that it is, like all science, governed by certain laws, or principles. And he gives us the good news that once we learn and obey these laws we can get rich "with mathematical certainty."
What does he mean by "obey?" Well, it's the same thing as the way you "obey" the law of gravity. You know what it is and how it works and you adjust your thinking and action accordingly so that you get the results you want instead of results you do not want. You don't purposely step off the edge of a cliff because you know and obey the law of gravity.
So, for all of you sci-fi fans out there, there is also a metaphysical idea that, because karma is a force of nature and not a sentient creature capable of making value judgments, karma isn't about good and evil deeds, because applying those labels would be judgmental, but that it is about positive and negative energy, where negative energy can include things not seen as "being bad" like sadness and fear, and positive energy can be caused by being creative and solving problems as well as by exuding love and doing virtuous acts. It is referred to as "omnipresent laws" or "omni-karma" because it requires the existence of an omniverse, that space which contains all possible universes. The omniverse idea includes concepts such as souls, psychic energy, synchronicity (a concept originally from psychoanalyst Carl Jung, which says that things that happen at the same time are related), and ideas from quantum physics.
So let me define synchronicity: synchronicity is the experience of two or more occurrences (beyond coincidentally) in a manner that is logically meaningful- but inexplicable- to the person or persons experiencing them. Such events would also have to suggest an underlying pattern in order to satisfy the definition of synchronicity as developed by Jung. It differs from mere coincidence in that synchronicity implies not just a happenstance (I love that: things don't just happen for nothing), but an underlying pattern or dynamic that is being expressed through meaningful relationships or events.
Since the theory of synchronicity is not testable according to the classical scientific method, it is not widely regarded as scientific at all, but rather an example of magical thinking. However, it is doubtful that Carl Jung would have considered the theory to be scientifically testable.
A theory of everything (TOE) is a hypothetical theory of theoretical physics that fully explains and links together all known physical phenomena. Over time, the term stuck in popularization of quantum physics to describe a theory that would unify or explain through a single model the theories of all fundamental interactions of nature.
Physics
Albert Einstein was the first well-known scientist who spent most of his life trying to find a TOE; he believed that the only task was to unify general relativity and electromagnetism.
Current mainstream physics concepts require a TOE to unify all the fundamental interactions of nature, which are usually considered to be four in number: gravity, the strong nuclear force, the weak nuclear force, and the electromagnetic force; it should also explain the spectrum of elementary particles. One missing piece in a theory of everything involves combining quantum mechanics and general relativity into a theory of quantum gravity. So, I hope everyone is understand why this "New Age" science is so important because takes us to the next levels of science and consciousness.
Personally, my dad was very express that quantum physicist were on the movie "The Secret" My dad is where I get my sci-fi love from. So everyone must understand how we are at such life changing time right now. This science is becoming more and more concrete because we are starting to learn about something at the universal level. This means that it doesn't matter if we are galaxies away, the LAWS still apply. If you like to go really deep in the rabbit hole, you may be interested in a movie called, "What The Bleep Do We Know"
Wiccan morality is summarized in a brief statement found within a text: "An it harm none, do what you will." ("An" is an archaic word meaning "if".) It differs from some other well-known moral codes in that, while it does contain a prohibition, it is largely an encouragement to act freely. It is normally considered that the prohibition against harm also covers self-harm. It is also worth noting that this means advice, not so much a law that must be followed, but as advice that it is recommended one follows - not following it would be considered folly more than rule-breaking, though for a group that calls itself "Wise" it follows that such folly would be strongly avoided.
I could probably look into every religion or spiritual teachings and find the universal law of cause and effect, karma, or now the more, modern term synchronicity.
So, lets look at the cause of what's going on and fix the planet.
The Earth is going to some troubling times and it's time to do our part to make it great.
