Q: What do you use your web conference room for?
A: I use my web conference room for displaying my portfolio of art work to prospective clients. I am able to describe each painting or sculpture in detail with the use of PowerPoint. The web conference room has been a real asset in my quest for new and exciting ventures.
Q: Are there any of the tools of the web conference room that you would recommend to others in the Art world?
A: Yes There are quite a lot I would recommend, I am very interested in the use of audio and the conference room has a fantastic sound quality, I often include sound in my web based art work. Using the web conference room for editing the audio files has meant that I was able to create some fantastic and captivating moods for my work.
Q: What do you think about the versatility of the whole conference system?
A: I love it! The fact that I have the ability to alter the colour schemes as I please obviously is a bonus. When I heard about this I imagined a choice of maybe 5 or 6 colours for the conference room but no you have the ability to use any colour that you fancy.
Q: Do you use the web conference room for any other projects?
A: Why yes, I use my conference room when I want to do voice overs for a presentation to clients outlining different ideas for on going work in progress. This could be say.… using the white board to do quick draft drawings etc…..
Q: One last thing. Are there any other uses that you can think of for your web conference room?
A: Yes I use my web conference room as a Dictaphone to record notes for my publications. It means that I can pull up documents and graphics files. I always make recordings and that way if I need to go back over my work or share I just go to the relevant file and all is saved in one place.
