If you currently have a free 3-person room...

It will be deleted tonight at midnight! You can come back as often as you want and get another free room, but if you want to get a permanent account to preserve your custom settings, you need to upgrade your room! By upgrading your account, a new room will be created for you and available immediately for customization.

If you simply need a larger sized room...

This is the place to make that happen! We offer the lowest available prices for these conference rooms. Simply select the room you wish to upgrade to and you're on your way! After your payment clears your room will be immediately upgraded to the larger size and you will be billed for it every 30 days from your upgrade date.

If you want to downgrade to a smaller room...

You can do that too! Yes... that's right... we make it simple and easy for you to increase and decrease your room size anytime you want! We think it's wrong to force you into any type of long term contract. We also think that if you decide that one month you need a 100 person room, but the next month a 50 person room will meet your needs, you should be able to manage your account that way - and save money you don't need to spend! We bill your credit card every 30 days. So long as you downgrade your account at least 1 day before your billing date you will charged accordingly.
