QStudio/QHelper: New Feature - Copy URL for an Entry

Sunday, November 19, 2006

Have you ever been in a presentation with QStudio or assisting someone in QHelper and they asked the dreaded question of "what's the URL for that site"?

As you cringed in terror, you politely said "Sure, just a minute...." knowing how you would have to leave where you were in your presentation and go to a different location, copy the URL then go back to your presentation.

Well now all that has changed.  You can easily access the URL behind any entry in either QStudio or QHelper by the click of a button.  When you click on the LINK icon (looks like a link in a chain), it will copy the URL to your clipboard (in QStudio) or send the URL to text chat (in QHelper) for easy access to both you and your customer/participants.

NOTE: Thanks to Kurt Steele for the inspiration behind this feature!

Below are images of where the link is located respectively.  The first image is of QStudio and the second is QHelper.
