I can see the number of unresolved complaints with the BBB, but so far have been able to find little about the program itself. 57 unresolved complaints needs to be compared to how many business transactions have been conducted to see it's significance. The folks involved in this do not seem to be publishing any negatives. I frankly doubt the ability of any program to easily support so many different MLMs. Only negative I found was a website on Paul Birdsall himself, which could be attributed to bad blood between 2 individuals.
