A solar powered recording studio. What a fantastic idea!

I came across a news item today detailing how a recording studio in the UK is going solar. It's about time I reckon.

This is another way in which the music industry is leading the pack on addressing the tough issue of "the environment".

Well done!!

What a great media and advertising opportunity.

"The Premises" are a group of 14 studios in Hackney (in England) and its Studio A is the first fully solar-powered professional recording studio in the UK.

To make things even more ecologically friendly, the rebuild (which was a 3 year project) was completed using recycled material wherever possible.

How good is that!
