Hi, my name is Diane and my two little poodles are Teddy (age 4) and his little sister, Chelsea (age 3). They are one year apart but from the same mother. Chelsea's father is Teddy's grandfather. They have different personalities and Teddy is friendly and hyper, walking on his hind legs and carrying on like a circus poodle. Chelsea was the only one in the litter and was/is afraid of people, except my husband and myself. |
Taking these two poodles to the groomer is a big job. Teddy won't stand still, is standing on his hind legs, twirling around, kissing the groomer, acting real silly. Chelsea stands there, shaking, trembling, and growling at the groomer trying to scare her so she will go away.
This situation had to be changed. So I learned about putting the YLEO Peace & Calming blend on them the night before and then in the morning before getting in the car to go to the groomers. You can guess what happened.
Teddy calmed down, but he was still kissing everybody. Chelsea was calm, no growling, no trembling. She was actually sweet. The groomer said, Is this the same dog?
They are both mini poodles, cream color, with apricot ears. I get the puppy-cut on them because I don't care for the poodle cut where they are shaved down. They are my constant companions and when I go out somewhere and come back, they are jumping around and up on me.
