The following information will give you some
ideas on how to use the oils in the Essential 7 Kit.
1.
LAVENDER - Nature's burn medication and stress reliever and much
more. A high quality lavender oil is an irreplaceable gift from God because
it provides so many benefits.
Burns - Apply lavender oil to a burn and
experience almost immediate relief. Also use it to cleanse & soothe cuts
or scrapes.
To Calm and Relax - Lavender is well known for
its calming and sedative properties. Rub a couple drops on the back of
the neck and shoulders. Inhaling also works wonders. It also can be
used for insomnia.
Lavender Testimony:
My favorite way to enjoy Lavender is in the evening in a cup of hot water with
some agave stirred in! It's a wonderful prelude to a good nights sleep!

Lavender is Mood Uplifting - Diffuse or put a couple drops in your hand and
then inhale. Apply direct application. Lavender also helps PMS symptoms.
Lavender and Peppermint Foot Soak:
2 drops Lavender
2 drops Peppermint
2 drops ChamomileCool, soothe and
relieve your painful and swollen feet after a long day. Add essential oil
blend to a large bowl of warm water. Soak your feet for at least 10 minutes.

LEMON - Has antiseptic qualities & supports immune function.
Mood uplifting - Lemon is beneficial for anxiety
and promotes a sense of well being.
Sore Throat - Mix 1 drop lemon in half glass of
warm water. Mix well then gargle.
Purify & Deodorize the air. Diffuse or add a
few drops of lemon oil to a spray bottle & spritz into the air.
Disinfecting & Cleaning - Add a drop or 2 of
lemon oil to water for disinfecting and cleaning floors, laundry, kitchens,
bathrooms, etc. Use a drop of lemon to
disinfect your hands after using public restrooms.
Lemon also works well in removing gum, oil and
grease spots.
NOTE: Citrus oils are photosensitizing, so
avoid applying to skin that will be exposed to direct sunlight or UV light.

PEPPERMINT - is reported by Dr. Penoel to help reduce fevers, candida,
nausea, vomiting and aid in respiratory function. It may be used in water for
flavoring and helps
in cooling the body during hot summer days.
Headaches - Wonderful to relieve a headache.
Put a couple of drops in your hand then inhale. Then rub a drop on your
temples, behind the ears, the back of the neck,
or across the forehead. Don't get any in your eyes.
Migraines: 3 drops peppermint & 8 drops
lavender Mix these essential oils in 15ml carrier oil. Gently rub a couple of
drops into the temple area - carefully avoiding the eyes.
You can also make a compress using a washcloth
dipped in a bowl of ice water to which a few drops of peppermint oil have been
added. Squeeze out the water then lay the cloth across the forehead.
Renew the compress often.
Nausea or Motion Sickness - Put a drop on your
tongue & get relief from motion sickness. It works in seconds.
Sometimes it is enough just to inhale the peppermint oil.
Stuffy Nose - When your nose is congested, try
putting a drop of peppermint oil on the side of your nose or:
For a stuffy nose:
5 drops peppermint
Drop the oil onto steaming hot water in a small bowl. Cover the head and
shoulders with a towel and hold the face over the steaming vapors. Be careful
to hold the face at least 12 inches/30cm away from the water. Relax and
breathe these vapors deeply for about 3 minutes.
Temporary Fatigue or Lack of Energy - Peppermint
is very stimulating. Inhale it & put a drop or 2 on your big toes.
For a refreshing and reviving morning bath - add
3 drops peppermint oil to the water. It's a great stimulant to get the day
going and is invaluable when traveling to a new time zone and getting into the
new day.
Pain Relief - If you bump or bruise yourself,
use peppermint to relieve the pain. Put a drop on the area.

PURIFICATION helps to purify the air in the home and work environment.
It neutralizes mildew, cigarette smoke, poison from insect bites such as
spiders, bees, hornet
wasps, and noxious odors found in homes, offices and other confined areas.
Diffuse, apply topically to disinfect, put on cotton balls to place in air
vents of home, car, hotel room, office, etc. It has been said to repel
bugs, insects and mice.
Insect Bites, Cuts & Scrapes - Apply to the skin
to cleanse the area. Purification may help neutralize poison from spiders,
bees, hornets & wasps.
Insect Repellant - Mix with carrier oil and rub
on skin or mix with water in a spray bottle. Shake well before using. Spray
on skin before going outside.
Disinfecting & Cleaning - Add a drop or 2 of
Purification to water for disinfecting and cleaning floors, laundry, kitchens,
bathrooms, etc. Mix with water in a spray bottle & spray the shower curtain
after showering. It helps keep mildew down. Be sure & shake well before
using.

JOY produces a magnetic energy to bring joy to the heart. It has
been very helpful in overcoming grief or depression. Diffuse, put in
bath water, over the heart, on wrists, neck, as a compress and dilute
with V-6 Mixing Oil for full body massage.
NOTE: Joy has citrus oils in it. Citrus oils are photosensitizing, so avoid
applying to skin that will be exposed to direct sunlight or UV light.

PEACE AND CALMING promotes relaxation and a sense of peace after a
stressful day. When diffused in the home, it may help calm overactive and
hard-to-manage children. Diffuse, wear as a perfume, apply on
bottom of the feet.
This blend has been used to reduce depression,
anxiety, stress and insomnia. Massage on the bottom of the feet for a
peaceful night's sleep.
Peace & Calming along with Mineral Essence may
be a healthy alternative to ritalin.
