As a professional coach, educator and facilitator I bring a
wealth of personal and professional experience to mycoaching. With over 20
year's experience, I have a particular interest in coaching women executives,
and all managers to lead teams from their heart. I am an enthusiastic &
creative thinker with advanced organizational capacity. My skills have been
developed through her extensive experience in the designing & facilitation
of many personal development programs for leaders in business and through my
passion for working with diverse cultural communities and individuals. I offer
Leadership Coaching and Consulting services that are tailored to meet the
personal and professional development needs of leaders and leadership teams. I
provide individual and team leadership coaching, as well as a variety of
workshops on leadership development.

I am married to my best friend Peter and we have two

Sessions occur weekly, four times each month
for 45 minutes. In addition to unlimited communication with your coach, you will

partner with their people by encouraging them to set goals, talking with them
about their performance, and asking how they would like to be recognized for
accomplishments or redirected when necessary. The result is an organization
