New Year's Resolutions

To ensure success in achieving New Year's Resolutions, don't make any!  Mentors In Motion mind set training teaches us not to set goals because goal setting is simply a means of making excuses for not achieving the desired outcome.  Rather than setting goals, envision yourself having already accomplished whatever it is that you wish to achieve.  If it is weight loss, see yourself at your desired weight, if it is financial success, envision what that looks like.  Tell your subconcious mind what you wish it to accomplish, and it will not fail you.  Sounds simple doesn't it?
