Email communications
Using emails to communicate can be a good way to go, but I have to say it does not build relationships in the way that a web conference room can. While we do use them occassionally, we find that some of the team members don't recieve them due to email filters. It is always wise to have a more hands on approach, so use email sparingly.
Working a computer home based business can be very rewarding, but it does take individual commitment, action and participation. It's all about building relationships, pulling together with a common goal,sharing, and striving for the successs.

They even will point to the Government or anybody else and blaming them for their situation.
What's really happen is, when the market was blooming, people made more money and they spent more. We take it for granted and go on auto-pilot until the hunger to reach and do more disappeared. At the end there are only the want for material procession and today it is easy to buy without even having the money just by buying on credit. So more we buy on credit for our wants and not what we really need or can afford, so harder it will be to pay off depth until the wake up date arrives and everything is gone. The same issue faced our Government, so more the businesses get taxed so more jobs will be cut or even closing the doors for good and relocating oversea to survive and so less taxes will be paid to the Government. In the same time so more people don't take the responsible to provide for their families and only want Government funds, and we know there are always people who will abuse the system, this system also will crash.
All what needed to be done is to awaken the entrepreneurs spirit, the hunger for opportunity to bring our economies back up and blooming, and money back into peoples wallets.

"Don't ask what Your Country can do for You, but ask what You can do for Your Country!"

Sometimes the feeling is powerlessness. But we do have the power, by making the decision for ourselves.
Rewind life - 9/20/08 11:30 A.M. - Taking my son to his Team Karate class.
As I pull out of the parking lot there's a commercial on the radio - McDonald's McRib sandwich, add fries and a coke, "Make it a Meal" for $3.99. Followed immediately by a - McDonald's commercial , Big Mac Sandwich, ummm and a coke ahhh... Prime time for lunch commercials. How do you fight it? JUST SAY NO! for yourself. McDonald's paid big money for that prime time spot for a commercial. Do you think they are considering your health? Absolutely not! You have to be responsible for that. Make the decision to say NO!
One of the great things about being in business for yourself is that it changes your perspective on everything. You do research that educates you. You don't have to take someone elses word for it, research it yourself.
I'll say it again, big business is killing us! From the chemical (fertilizer) companies, to the pharmecuticals (medicines that make us sick while they "cure" us), to commercial retailers like McDonald's, it's a multi-billion dollar industry killing us so they can make a buck. (A whole lot-a bucks!) And they really don't care that they're killing us. They will take our money as long as we fall for the commercials.
But we can say NO! We can make the decision for ourselves to live smarter, better, healthier, and longer. And there are companies out there that do care. They care about the health of the American public and the health of the environment. Those are the companies we need to say yes to. We need to seek them out. Pay whatever it takes to use their products, support their causes for the Earth and in doing so make healthier choices for ourselves that will pay us back with better health, longevity and quality of life.

Something I learned in business…now a days, you can’t think like a consumer, you need to start thinking like a business owner and marketer to be financially stable. This means that you need to find a product that everyone can use but you can’t make it personal (something that I have told my husband many many times) because you can’t make a living making money only from family and friends. Otherwise, are you willing to take the time to have product parties/get togethers and do door-to-door sales. You need to start thinking big if you want to have a true home based business making at least $2,000 (for part-time)a month “profit” depending on your needs, otherwise it’s just a hobby. You need to find a product that sells itself. Find a product that's in the times of our economy. People are looking for good quality eco-friendly and all natural products. It has to be a big money saver and the business has products from vitamins, cleaning products, cosmetics, and personal care products. The other reason is if the product can be sold on the internet and is able to get you to the top of the list of searches. Lastly, the company has free internet tools to share with you and has the expertise to get you to the top the internet searches. The company also needs to be able to include you in a team who is very happy and ready to making you successful. When you do well, they will do well.
My husband and I kept an open mind to try Shaklee Independent Distributor's products and to learn about them. To our amazement, the cleaning products cleaned all our showroom products so well that “we” wanted to start using them too. In trying out the products, little did I know that both my husband and I would be sold on them. We have even decided to start selling them our bath and kitchen showroom. Last evening I read a great article by Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki that I received from my upline Master Coordinator yesterday. In it they discussed why they recommend Network Marketing. It's a great article (I believe reprints are available) especially in these challenging economic times when people simply need more income.
Whether that is an extra paycheck, part-time income, full-time income or remarkable income, Network Marketing with a company that has longevity and major, future growth plans is something you may want to take a closer look at for your family.
I liked the way Rober Kiyosaki described Network Marketing as directly opposite of a corporation which has one leader at the top and everyone else stays below that top position. The goal of Network Marketing is to bring people to the top, lots of people. In fact, when more people succeed, the network marketing company succeeds. This Network Marketing business model seems more fair and allows more opportunity for all.
Donald Trump believes that network marketing requires "an entrepreneurial spirit" and momentum, motivation, focus and perseverance. Those seem like the exact qualities that he would have had to build such a successful business portfolio.

Let's face it, the economic outlook right now is pretty bleak. Many people are feeling the pinch on their wallets. The price of gas being the main culprit, it effects us directly through the price at the pump when we fill our own gas tanks and indirectly through the prices we pay in the grocery store and any goods that have to get shipped to reach us. The price of services raise because the person providing the service is feeling the pinch as well.
