Another great discussion - main topic was the MAJOR revisions to QHelper. I have "seen the light" and realized that QHelper was trapped in the same box as other live help applications. Well time to get out of the box and rework the customer interface to help us all to start thinking "outside the box" when it comes to customer support and live help applications. (35 min)
