Saturday Evening was the first of a progressive training that Tom Prendergast CEO of Veretekk is doing on streaming audio and video. This is an awesome training recording with so many great tidbits of how to do this without getting sucked into monthly fees from a program someone is trying to sell to you.
Who knows I just might end up putting streaming radio station on this blog.. I've posted just the mp3 as a podcast here. The full recording of this was broken by an iframe and I haven't quite figured out how to edit it yet... but I'm determined to figure it out.

Today was the last day of University of Veretekk. Are you a graduate? If so you are probably seeing some awesome results in your search engine rankings. I'm sorry I didn't get this recording up sooner. I tried to post it yesterday and had the whole thing written and ready to post... about that time blogger decided it was time to do some maintence on the blogger system. Oh well here it is.. better late than never.
Day 15 University of Veretekk RECORDING
In this last class Tom reviews everything he taught in all of the University of Veretekk classes. He discusses keyword research and has some of his students show their listings at the top of google. Another really good training tool in this recording is a PDF that explains daisy chaining for new people using a Veretekk Silver account. If I were you I would at listen and print off/ save the PDF file.. I know I have already used the PDF to help explain the daisy chaining process using 1-family classifieds.
Thanks again to Tom Prendergast for these great training sessions! Next week Tom will be starting a new series of classes that will cover writing email's, autoresponders, and I would imagine will teach us all the benefits of the new Veremail 2.

Here is another great advanced training by Tom Prendergast CEO of Veretekk. I'm learning that there people attending these advanced classes and applying what they have learned so well they are getting offers to do SEO and build webpages for other people. How cool is that!!!
I did want to mention too... (the vain side is coming out here or as Tom would say bragging rights) anyway during the class you will notice that Tom turns over the mic to Paul Stanton for him to show us what he had done to get his site's to the top of the search engines. Well just so you guys know... my 2 gold accounts in veretekk the usernames are "barefoot" and "barefootmentor" While Paul is looking for his site's mine are popping up at the top of google. I think the 1st key word was "automated lead generation system" and the other one was "automated leads" anyway as you watch the recording look for my site's OK? Hey I didn't even know they were there.. it's amazing what you learn in these classes.
Day 14 University of Veretekk RECORDING
In this training also Tom takes us through setting up a pop3 account and how to FTP(File Transfer Protacal) with Nathosting, he's got training sildes and everything to walk you through it. This will certainily shorten your learning curve when it comes to setting up your own website and email accounts.

Here is a great training that will have light bulbs going off in your head. Tom is really driving home some good facts on SEO that we all can learn from. If you have been following all of these advanced trainings you can see results.. how cool is that.. I can guarantee you if you are willing to do what you are being taught in the classes you will be learning the craft of SEO that many people pay others big bucks to do for them.

The training today consisted of some very shocking news about Alex Sonkin leaving Green Zap. He will be joining our team of leaders at Veretekk. The main training of this recording is about setting up your own pop 3 account in Outlook Express. This is a great training that includes video slides. This is one of those keeper trainings that you will be able to send to new people as they come onboard.

This is Tom Prendergast's 10th day of his advanced training classes. I'm posting just the audio so you can get to the meat of the training quickly and skip over the stuff you may have heard in the past trainings. Tom goes over some press releases and talks about the email politics on the net. I know I'm still waiting for the advanced training on setting up our own pop 3 accounts with nathosting and forwarding them to our outlook or outlook express programs.... and setting up your own forum & blogs on your host account. Hopefully this will be covered in the next training class.

Ready for a marathon training? This recording is actually 2 trainings all in one recording. It starts with Tom Prendergast's advanced University of Veretekk training, then it goes into my training on starting a blog on blogger.com. Sorry I forgot to turn off the recording before my session. Just so you know this recording is about 2 hours long and there's a couple of breaks in it that you don't hear anything. I guess that will give you some time to multi-task!
Day 8 University of Veretekk RECORDINGTime saving hint: Listen to these recordings while deleting your spam mail or organizatizing your folders etc... then when we start talking about something that is really important to you listen up and bring up the page. As time passes you will get very good at multi-tasking.

Today you get to see everybody's homework assignment from last week. I don't know about everybody else but I stayed up really late one night finishing my home work assignment. When I was finished, I submitted the last site and by the next day the keyword and site I was optimizing made the first page of Google. I was #10 but still it made it to the first page so I was happy... all that work paid off!!!

As I was listening to this training I thought of some of the words in the Kid Rock song "Lonely Road of Earth." Such as: "if you just hold on I won't let you fall", and "we can make it through the winds of change" I guess in a way internet marketing to me is like long road with lots of change so everytime I hear this song I think of some of the trials and challenges I've come up against while learning marketing on the net. But just as the beat in the song really turns to a up beat towards the end.. that's the way marketing on the net always comes out in the end. There is a light at the end of the long road. Hope you learn from this training and just remember there is a light at the end of the long road to success.

Oh my what can I say... we are learning sooo much in these trainings... Everyone who is actually doing what we are told to do, won't just be climbing to the top of the search engines but we will be at the top!!
There are so many creative people in these classes it makes me proud to be a part of these trainings. I'm really impressed with some of the homework assignments. This recording isn't perfect though just so you know there is some script errors that pop up, but just close the window an keep listening OK?

Today was another great day packed with information. I feel as if we just all hang in there together we will get what Tom Prendergast is teaching us. Oh yes you will see my mistakes again in this recording.

We are all learning here! Some of my training is at the end of this recording.. the picture I have posted here will help me explain how daisy chaining works I hope... I had lots of questions about daisy chaining today.

Boy have we come a long way... The Veretekkies that are following these University of Veretekk trainings are really going to be ahead of the marketing curve. Have you ever had the feeling that you were at the baby stages of learning html.. I mean real html... That's where I was when I took this training. Yes I build websites but I have always used and html editor (Front Page) and then just went in an messed with the code to get it to do what I wanted it to.
This training is one of those real nuts and bolts classes that everyone should experience. Wow do I have lots to learn... but I understand why Tom Prendergast is teaching us this way... the right way...
