In my opinion traffic exchanges are designed to help you build a
downline and also to generate a possible residual income.
Whether or not you use a manual surf or auto surf traffic exchange
should not make much difference but it does make a great difference.

Good article :) some people might say you didn't talk about auto exchanges enough but then again there isn't much TO say so I think your good there.
The only thing I would suggest is putting 10KHits4uNow in your keywords as you get a few people looking for that too.
The only time you lost me was here:
It amazes me though how many marketers join a traffic exchange and then they avertise URL in that traffic exchange.
You might want to clean that sentance up but great post all the same :)
