This was on the Simpology Forum and I thought it was just too good not to post in the Marketing Mindset area. I've seen and written articles like this before. The last one I did was is your "Cow in the ditch" the general ideal was the same. If your in a rut then you need to recognize it and get your self out.

*GET OUT*- Before It's Too Late!

What does that mean?

Simply, get out of the *RUT* you are in before it's too late. Life goes on with or without you deciding to make better decisions and get your life in order.

Life will continue on its path of time no matter what. Time will either *Empower* you to achieve your ultimate Why in
life or *Expose* you to a life of failure.

Make sure to focus right now on this...

*Once you've fully developed your rut in life, it's tough to get out*.

Think of a 10 foot deep rut on a muddy, dirt road and visualize yourself in that rut.

How hard is it going to be for you to get out?

That's what happens over time if you don't take action and make decisions. Your rut gets deeper and deeper and deeper forcing you to remain in it because it seems impossible to get out.
How do you *Recognize your Rut*?

Here's some classic *I'm in a RUT* examples...
- Doing the same thing everyday without results
- Refusing to step outside your comfort zone
- Being complacent in a "average" life
- Living paycheck to paycheck
The list goes on and on.
Let me break down RUT for you so you can *Break Out* of your RUT - TODAY!

R - *Routine*

Does your Routine represent a Champion that consistently breaks
records and leads a prosperous life in all areas?
OR
Does your Routine represent a person that is hiding behind fear and constantly dealing with failure?

U - *Under*

Are you Under the Guidance of a Mentor?
Are you constantly learning from someone that has been where you want to go, done what you want to do and achieved what you want to achieve?
A good mentor will give you guidance and shelter from the storms of life.
OR
Are you following the same people that you've always followed and continuing to waste time with them (aka failing)?

T- *Tenacity*

Do you have the Tenacity to break out of your Rut in life?
Tenacity is your ability to stick with something and create new results in your life. Do you have the Tenacity to decide to change your habits and get away from the people that have led to your consistent failures?

Last night in the Veretekk web conference room Tom P. announced the new Vereconference master distributors team. It was a good lesson for all of those who orginally stepped up to the plate and said they wanted to be a master distributor. Many of the orginal team didn't follow through and do what they were instructed to do, and late yesterday afternoon they were cut from the team.

The web conference room forum is now open only to master distributors who made the cut! Everyone else can just watch from the sidelines as the web conference room forum continues to feed google with information it likes about web conference rooms.

About a week ago I tried to play mother hen and tried motivate those who I could see failing to do the tasks to stay a MD. Many stepped up to the plate and did a few posts, but then fell off again and didn't stay with it. To qualify to remain on the team all it took was 10 posts to the web conference room forum. Really not that many at all over a 2 week period.

Many of the MD distributors had the time to post all day long to the exclusive skype MD team, but didn't come over and post to the forum. It's really sad... because posting to a forum is really no different than writing a text message on skype. Here they would have gotten credit for it. DUH... it didn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out.

I guess really part of being on the web conference room team is listening and following directions. For many I guess they just weren't ready to take on writing about and promoting web conference rooms. For me it comes very natural, I live, eat and breath web conference rooms on a daily basis, hosting several trainings a week, and reporting on a few other trainings a week. Educating the public about web conference rooms is just like having a friendly conversation about a good book.

In the near future Tom and Mike will we doing a call for another Master Distributor team.(not a web conference room team) Hopefully only the serious will apply, because they are just waisting their time if they say they are going to do it and go to web conference room meetings and don't follow through. I hate to say this but if they run their businesses that way they won't be successful. No wonder the statistics say 98% of the businesses fail.

My personal opnion (and those who attend my web conference room trainings know this) is their reason for doing their business in the first place isn't strong enough. You have to have a very strong why to be successful in business and until new business wantabe's figure this out they won't succeed.

My question to you what's your mindset look like?

This is such a major compent to succeeding in business. I wish I could say you can just buy into a company and then forget it and it will grow on it's own .. but that's not the way it works. This is a very good lesson learned for those Master Distributors who got cut last night.

Earlier this week I got  threatining phone call from 2 people that I used to consider business associates.  After the phone call I decided to do a google search to get in the loop as what was going on. Much to my dismay as I read throught the 6+ pages of posts was a recording of a message they had left on a answering machine much like the call I had gotten.

The reason I've decided to bring your attention to this is because you still might be getting messages from one or both of these people and I want you to make an informed choice about wether to read or delete their information.
