Master the Art of Listening

It is my opinion that listening is one of the most underdeveloped skills in sales and entrepreneurship. When I say listening, I mean really listening. It is a skill that I have taught myself in the last 13 years. Most people in America are what I call average listeners. They hear most of what people are saying or they sort through the fluff. The master prospectors, however, teach themselves to hear at a different level. They hear what people are really telling them. I teach that 20% of your time in conversation should be spent asking and answering questions; the other 80% should be spent listening to what the other person is saying and not saying. You can learn more by listening than you ever can by talking. “Talk and you lose, but listen and you learn” is a saying I coined recently.

The Investment Autosurf Industry is a joke, period. Folks are being sucked in every day via traffic exchanges
that happily allow them to rotate. The worst part is, the owners of these traffic exchanges know that they are bad.
So why do they allow them you ask? Well, maybe send a support ticket and ask them. I save my opinion for a
later time after I have compiled more data. Anyway, I found an article awhile back that really put the whole
thing in perspective:

After reading this article, you may be compelled to change your ways and your thinking. That is your choice.
I was always taught if something is bad and you know it is bad; do something about it. Well, I am. I'm writing this,
and will do more in due time.
Again, ask other traffic exchange owners why they have you and your new downline members view borderline legal material. Hey, it's
running in an traffic exchange, that makes it ok? That is what one member wrote me a while back; and those words have haunted
me and continue to haunt me to this day. You see, it gets worse. An email came a few months later.......with the following
words: "Sorry, you were right. I must close this account and all others for I have been scammed out of $2000 by xxxxxxxxx
and there is nothing that can be done. Wish I'd have listened but I'm stubborn and going back to other persuits including
mending a marriage. Regards, xxxxxxxx " And we say this stuff is harmless.
