The planning and informational meeting about the upcoming International Podcasting Expos was a great success. Some important information for you to know about sponsorships:

Junior Sponsors - Responsible for bringing in at least 1 Sponsor and 3 Exhibitors into their chosen Expo Hall. In return, they receive a free booth, a small logo on every web page in their Expo Hall, and mention in at least one press release.

Expo Hall Sponsor - Maximum of 3 Sponsors for each Expo Hall. Includes one (1) Advertisement on the toolbar scrolling marquee, one (1) podcast on the International Podcasting Expo feed, mention in at least one (1) press release, branding on every page of featured Expo Hall. $2,000

Audio Conference Room Sponsor (Limited to 4) - Four (4) Companies may sponsor one of the four audio conference rooms: Seminar Room 1, Seminar Room 2, Live Podcasting Booth, Public Lobby. Includes two (2) Advertisements on the toolbar scrolling marquee, one (1) podcast on the International Podcasting Expo feed, featured in at least one (1) press release, branding on the main screen of the Audio Conference Room. $5,000

Main Expo Sponsor (Limited to 1) - One Company may sponsor the entire Expo event. Includes Branding of EVERY page of the Expo, Logo on the Entrance to the Expo Pavilion, three (3) Advertisements on the toolbar scrolling marquee, one (1) podcast on the International Podcasting Expo feed, mentioned in EVERY press release, featured in at least one press release. $10,000
