Choose to learn from them to make 2007 a better year. Don’t let the enemy keep you in past regrets and guilt, move forward towards God’s best for you.

With many people making new years resolutions and many of them being health or diet related, I thought I’d share with you a recording from the Virtuous Womens Retreat where Angela Willingham of MyNewTemple.org spoke on Holistic fitness from the inside out.
