I have not had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Komarek in person, however, I have spent the past several months chatting with Pierrette on an authors message board and via email. What an amazing woman! My admiration for her has since grown stronger since listening to her life's story on these audio tapes. Pierrette's story is heartwarming, funny, and oh so real! One of the most wonderful things to happen to me, in my entire life, was meeting, staying and working with Pierrette on her autobiography, Le Cafe De Cadix.

Voices are so important, if only because there are so few pleasant ones. Pierrette might have been an actress!
