MLM Watchdog is reporting that 12DP has been shutdown. Actually, they've been shutdown by their money laundering firm, StormPay. It appears that StormPay has taken it on their own initiative to place "the money in a holding account, pending an investigation into 12daily Pro by the FBI. By policy, the FBI would neither confirm nor deny any ongoing investigation."

Storm Pay Scam. There I was concerned about their involvement with NoBSZone and illicit charges on credit cards for Porn sites. Now it seems they're not only having problems with their website staying responsive, but they're digging a hole that will lead to their demise.
