The Man Behind 6 Million Muslims Converting To Christianity

The Man Behind 6 Million Muslims Converting To Christianity Each Year is Zakaria Botros. He proselytizes on Arabic television. Here's a link to an excellent write-up about him: Infidels Blogger Alliance And, here's one of his videos from Arab television: YouTube Video of Zakaria Botros

Muslims more numerous than Catholics: Vatican All right that does it. We need some people to infiltrate Islam with a Muslim version of the Glory and Praise hymnal ASAP. (If you are not Catholic and don't get the joke, consider yourself...lucky). From Reuters The Vatican recently...

Some CAIR Officials Convicted of Crimes, More Tied to Extremist Groups

Thursday, March 27, 2008
by Steven Emerson
IPT News
March 26, 2008

The questionable associations and actions by many of its leaders cast serious doubt on CAIR's claims of moderation and restraint. Some have committed criminal acts themselves; others have ties to organizations with connections to Islamic extremism.

Those convicted of direct criminal activity include Ghassan Elashi, a founding board member of CAIR-Texas; Randall (Ismail) Royer, once a communications specialist for the national group, and Bassam Khafagi, the organization's one-time director of community relations.

In the more egregious cases, the organization has tried to distance itself from the individuals, contorting both logic and the English language. As the IPT's series on CAIR's history and activities continues, we look at the suspect nature of these examples and others close to the organization.

• Ghassan Elashi, who attended a 1993 Philadelphia meeting called by Hamas to discuss derailing U.S. peace initiatives, was convicted in 2004 on six criminal counts, including making false statements, conspiracy to violate the Export Administration Regulations and the Libyan Sanctions Regulations, and conspiracy to file false shipper's export declaration forms. He was a defendant again in the 2007 Hamas-support trial of the Holy Land Foundation (HLF), where jurors were unable to reach unanimous verdicts on the charges against him. [Read More!]

Islamofascism fraud at Wright State

Wednesday, March 26, 2008
One of the goals in our 2008-2009 strategic plan is to launch ACT! for America chapters on college campuses. The article below is just one example of why this is so necessary. As has already occurred in countries like Australia and Great Britain, Muslims on American college campuses are increasingly demanding special treatment and accommodations, such as the request by some Muslim women at Harvard for women-only times at one of its gyms -- a request Harvard agreed to. The article below is an example of this, with a twist.

Other reasons why ACT! for America college chapters are needed include:

Politically correct “hate speech” codes, which are increasingly being used to silence critique and criticism of Islam on college campuses. The proliferation of Middle East and Islamic study departments that cover up the historical truth about Islam and whitewash what the Qur’an and the Hadith teach about jihad.

The blatant anti-Israel, anti-American, pro-Palestinian bias evident on so many campuses. We will need a presence on college campuses for patriotic students who agree with us and disagree with the elements of “cultural jihad.” Just as there is strength in numbers as we grow our national citizen action network, so a college chapter network will provide strength in numbers for those who now feel silenced and intimidated by what is happening on so many of our college campuses.

Islamofascism fraud at Wright State
By Patrick Poole
FrontPageMagazine.com | Tuesday, March 25, 2008

Power has its privileges. That’s no doubt what Mohammad “Moody” Kassem, a student government officer at Wright State University, thought a few weeks ago when he devised a plan to use his student government position to help promote the extremist agenda of another organization he is also a leader of – the Muslim Student Association.

In late February, Moody Kassem posted an online poll on the Wright State student government website directed exclusively towards Muslims which asked:

If you are of Islamic faith would you utilize a permanent prayer room? [Read More!]

Islam's progression through societies

Monday, March 24, 2008
Adapted from Dr. Peter Hammond's book: Slavery, Terrorism and Islam: The Historical Roots and Contemporary Threat...

The following analysis of how Islam progresses within a culture came to us via email over the weekend. While we have not yet read Peter Hammond’s new book, Slavery, Terrorism and Islam, the following is reportedly adapted from his book.

Irrespective of the source of this analysis, its conclusions are historically and empirically supported. As George Santayana wrote: “Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it.” Regarding Islam, we don’t have to look back hundreds of years to learn from history. All we need do is look at what has happened in Great Britain over the past three decades.

Islam is not a religion nor is it a cult. It is a complete system.

Islam has religious, legal, political, economic and military components. The religious component is a beard for all the other components.

Islamization occurs when there are sufficient Muslims in a country to agitate for their so-called "religious rights."

When politically correct and culturally diverse societies agree to "the reasonable" Muslim demands for their "religious rights," they also get the other components under the table. Here's how it works (percentages source CIA: The World Fact Book (2007).

As long as the Muslim population remains around 1% of any given country they will be regarded as a peace-loving minority and not as a threat to anyone. In fact, they may be featured in articles and films, stereotyped for their colorful uniqueness:

United States -- Muslim 1.0%
Australia -- Muslim 1.5%
Canada -- Muslim 1.9%
China -- Muslim 1%-2%
Italy -- Muslim 1.5%
Norway -- Muslim 1.8%

At 2% and 3% they begin to proselytize from other ethnic minorities and disaffected groups with major recruiting from the jails and among street gangs: [Read More!]

John McCain's remarks about the Pledge of Allegiance!

Monday, March 24, 2008
ED NOTE McCain is the only person running for office who feels THIS way! Who do you want answering the RED PHONE at 3am in the White House?? (Snopes Verified) This was forwarded to me by my niece, Vickie Oliver - thanks Vic!

In light of the recent appeals court ruling in California, with respect to the Pledge of Allegiance, the following recollection from Senator John McCain is very appropriate:

'The Pledge of Allegiance'
by Senator John McCain

As you may know, I spent five and one half years as a prisoner of war during the Vietnam War. In the early years of our imprisonment, the NVA kept us in solitary confinement or two or three to a cell. In 1971 the NVA moved us from these conditions of isolation into large rooms with as many as 30 to 40 men to a room.

This was, as you can imagine, a wonderful change and was a direct result of the efforts of millions of Americans on behalf of a few hundred POWs 10,000 miles from home.

One of the men who moved into my room was a young man named Mike Christian.

Mike came from a small town near Selma , Alabama He didn't wear a pair of shoes until he was 13 years old. At 17, he enlisted in the US Navy. He later earned a commission by going to Officer Training School Then he became a Naval Flight Officer and was shot down and captured in 1967. Mike had a keen and deep appreciation of the opportunities this country and our military provide for people who want to work and want to succeed.

As part of the change in treatment, the Vietnamese allowed some prisoners to receive packages from home. In some of these packages were handkerchiefs, scarves and other items of clothing.

Mike got himself a bamboo needle. Over a period of a couple of months, he created an American flag and sewed on the inside of his shirt.

Every afternoon, before we had a bowl of soup, we would hang Mike's shirt on the wall of the cell and say the Pledge of Allegiance.

I know the Pledge of Allegiance may not seem the most important part of our day now, but I can assure you that in that stark cell it was indeed the most important and meaningful event.

One day the Vietnamese searched our cell, as they did periodically, and discovered Mike's shirt with the flag sewn inside, and removed it.

That evening they returned, opened the door of the cell, and for the benefit of all of us, beat Mike Christian severely for the next couple of hours, then they opened the door of the cell and threw him in. We cleaned him up as well as we could.

The cell in which we lived had a concrete slab in the middle on which we slept, four naked light bulbs hung in each corner of the room.

As I said, we tried to clean up Mike as well as we could. After the excitement died down, I looked in the corner of the room, and sitting there beneath that dim light bulb with a piece of red cloth, another shirt and his bamboo needle, was my friend, Mike Christian. He was sitting there with his eyes almost shut from the beating he had received, making another American flag. He was not making the flag because it made Mike Christian feel better. He was making that flag because he knew how important it was to us to be able to Pledge our allegiance to our flag and country.

So the next time you say the Pledge of Allegiance, you must never forget the sacrifice and courage that thousands of Americans have made to build our nation and promote freedom around the world

You must remember our duty, our honor, and our country

'I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.'

This just in from Dearborn, Michigan

Sunday, March 23, 2008
I got this email about an hour ago from an IP address that traces to Dearborn, Michigan:

ISLAM WILL RULE THE WORLD SOON INSHALAH.

That's all it said.

I wonder what this gentleman is doing in Dearborn, Michigan in order to bring this about. Is he working in any way to subvert the U.S. Constitution? Is he engaged in illegal activity? Does any law enforcement or government official in Dearborn, Michigan know or care that there are people there who harbor such sentiments, or if they are aware of that (as they would almost certainly have to be) are they aware that this is not just a religious statement, but a political one?

ACLU-MN opens investigation of Tarek Academy

Sunday, March 23, 2008
ED NOTE An Islamic school in Minnesota receives tax funding. We previously posted this story on our news site, as well as a commentary about some Islamic schools in Ohio receiving tax funding. More will be posted here - stay tuned.

It appears that the attention we and others have been drawing to the Islamic school in Minnesota has finally reached the ACLU, as evidenced by the ACLU press release below.

(From the ACLU) For Immediate Release
March 18, 2008

After receiving complaints that Tarek ibn Ziyad Academy in Inver Grove Heights is violating the Establishment Clause the ACLU-MN sent a letter to the academy questioning their practices. In the letter that was sent the ACLU-MN questions some of their practices, including addressing allegations that the school sponsors prayer.

Teresa Nelson, an attorney for the ACLU of Minnesota, says "We currently do not have enough facts to state whether or not the school is in violation of the establishment clause. The American Civil Liberties Union is a strong defender of separation of church and state and will take action if we find they are violating the establishment clause."

You can also read the letter that was sent to Tarek Academy.

PJB: A Brief for Whitey

Friday, March 21, 2008
ED NOTE: Interesting! What are your thoughts? Post them in the Comments box...

How would he pull it off? I wondered.

How would Barack explain to his press groupies why he sat silent in a pew for 20 years as the Rev. Jeremiah Wright delivered racist rants against white America for our maligning of Fidel and Gadhafi, and inventing AIDS to infect and kill black people?

How would he justify not walking out as Wright spewed his venom about “the U.S. of K.K.K. America,” and howled, “God damn America!”

My hunch was right. Barack would turn the tables.

Yes, Barack agreed, Wright’s statements were “controversial,” and “divisive,” and “racially charged,” reflecting a “distorted view of America.”

But we must understand the man...

The Implosion is Accelerating, Prepare While You Can

Sunday, March 16, 2008
ED NOTE: I report - YOU decide>

by former Kansas State Trooper, Greg Evensen, Ret.
For thirty years, I have been writing, speaking, imploring, and begging others to make rational, concrete plans for a time in life that would offer no quarter, give no mercy, and that would in a word be--catastrophic. We are coming face to face with that moment. You have so little time left to do anything that will give you a fighting chance. What are you doing? National Guard units are training and preparing for urban combat. The United States has just reached an agreement with Canada’s armed forces to come in to this country and assume combat roles should they be needed in American cities and towns...

OK, How Much More "CHANGE" Can We Take?

Friday, March 14, 2008
A little over one year ago:
1) Consumer confidence stood at a 2 1/2 year high;
2) Regular gasoline sold for $2.19 a gallon;
3) the unemployment rate was 4.5%.

Since voting in a Democratic Congress in 2006 we're seen:
1) Consumer confidence plummet;
2) the cost of regular gasoline soar to over $3 a gallon;
3) Unemployment is up to 5% (a 10% increase);
4) American households have seen $2.3 trillion in equity value
evaporate (stock and mutual fund losses);
5) Americans have seen their home equity drop by $1.2 trillion dollars;
6) 1% of American homes are in foreclosure.

America voted for change in 2006, and we got it! Enough already!

House Should Pass Bipartisan Senate Bill to Protect America

Friday, March 14, 2008
ED NOTE While politicians play politics our soldiers are dying! This must stop NOW. Get involved. Call your congressperson and get tough.

By Senator John Cornyn
Last May, three U.S. troops were kidnapped in Iraq, south of Baghdad, by al Qaeda terrorists. The U.S. military immediately launched a search and rescue operation.

What happened next is extremely disturbing. Within hours, a new source of information was discovered that required electronic surveillance of phone conversations. Then, a maze of complicated U.S. laws kicked in, stopping progress on the new lead for nearly 10 long hours.

Weeks later, the body of one missing American was found in the Euphrates River. The terrorists claimed the other two had been executed. No one knows whether they would have been found if the intelligence lead had been immediately followed.

If They Don't Fool You, They Can't Defeat You March 11, 2008
by Barry Rubin, GLORIA, March 11, 2008

Radical forces in the Middle East have rewritten the international rulebook in a way designed so "they can't lose." That is, there's no easy response to their behavior and strategies.

What's even more worrisome is the widespread failure in the West even to realize this is happening. Hamas and Hizballah fire from among civilians and use civilian homes for military purposes; Syria or Iran deploy disinformation, radical regimes pretend moderation, and there are plenty of suckers to take the bait.

Extremism makes many believe that kind words and concessions can transform them; intransigence produces a response that if they won't give up we must do so.

Here are some new rules in which "we" represents such disparate forces as Hamas, Hizballah, Iran, Iraqi insurgents, al-Qaida, Syria, the Taliban, and others including radical Arab nationalists. These forces are not all alike or allied but do often follow a parallel set of rules quite different from how international affairs have generally been conducted.

1. We'll never give up. No matter what you do, we will continue fighting. No matter what you offer we will keep attacking you. Since you can't win you should give up. [Read More!]

You Ain't Gonna Like Losing.

Tuesday, March 11, 2008
This was sent to my personal email by a friend. The author is unknown. It says a lot...

Everyone has a different opinion on the war, and our current President. But, this article makes a lot of sense, and I hope you will read it and give it some thought.

What a difference 60 years makes..!!!

'You ain't gonna like losing.' Author unknown.

President Bush did make a bad mistake in the war on terrorism. But the mistake was not his decision to go to war in Iraq .

Bush's mistake came in his belief that this country is the same one his father fought for in WWII. It is not.

Back then, they had just come out of a vicious depression. The country was steeled by the hardship of that depression, but they still believed fervently in this country. They knew that the people had elected their leaders, so it was the people's duty to back those leaders.

Therefore, when the war broke out the people came together, rallied behind, and stuck with their leaders, whether they had voted for them or not or whether the war was going badly or not. [Read More!]

The 60's Kids and Their New Cult Leader...

Tuesday, March 11, 2008
by Bobbette Madonna
Remember the '60s revolution? The college kids demanding their rights to smoke pot, have sex anytime, with anyone, anywhere? Remember those people ignoring authority (parent, police, teachers, etc..) and the old socialist quote - If it feels good, do it?

Well, some 45 years have passed and those socialist kids have produced (and aborted) many kids who were brought up worse than us old timers. Somewhere along the way kids lost their identity. They had to FIND THEMSELVES as they gave up any semblance of God, Country and Family. Those kids of today are lazy, selfish and volatile. NO, not all, but most.

Now it seems their pied-piper or total socialist has finally come along in the form of a man called Barack Hussein Obama. He is the cult leader of millions of those kids - now grown and infiltrating every aspect of life - who are swooning, fainting and cheering when this man blows his royal nose.

Who thought it would come to this? I believe the 60s was planned in the 20s through the 50s by the New World Order socialists and the dumb driven cattle (kids) danced their tune perfectly - until Kent University. Then, their leaders went underground and took many of their followers with them. Like the Clintons and their Gaia religion. The world powers decided Clinton was their president and got him elected. How so like the American people to believe THEY elect presidents.

Our country is headed for destruction from within and soon. The liberal agenda is alive and doing well, especially with all those folks who are searching for a change from their far left cult leader. Boy, are they going to get one!

Are Islamic Schools Being Funded by Tax Dollars?

Monday, March 10, 2008
Currently, some ACT! for America chapters in California are collecting and reviewing public school textbooks because of growing and justifiable concerns that Islam is receiving disproportionate coverage vis a vis other religious beliefs, and because frequently the way it is presented glosses over and even mischaracterizes the historical and doctrinal record of Islam.

For instance, one world history textbook devotes over 50 pages to Islam and about a half dozen pages to Christianity. Another textbook asserts that Muslims only use force in “self-defense.”

The story below raises another question: Are Islamic schools being funded by tax dollars?

Obama's Bible Defense of Same-Sex Unions Wrong, Experts Say
By Penny Starr
CNSNews.com Senior Staff Writer
March 05, 2008

(CNSNews.com) - In a stump speech at Hocking College in Nelsonville, Ohio, on Sunday, Sen. Barack Obama said his support for same-sex unions is rooted in the New Testament's Sermon on the Mount, as reported by Cybercast News Service.

But theologians and other experts don't agree on what Obama's biblical reference meant.

"If he's finding support for same-sex marriage from the Sermon on the Mount, he's reading a different Bible than I've ever read," Tom Minnery, senior vice president of government and public policy with the Christian Focus on the Family, told Cybercast News Service.

"I think Obama needs to grapple with the words of Jesus on the meaning of marriage," Minnery said.

MINISTER FARRAKHAN AND REV. WRIGHT -- ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT BARACK OBAMA
GrassTopsUSA Exclusive Commentary
By Don Feder
03-07-08

Forget the fact that he thinks the Sermon on the Mount justifies gay marriage, that he's promised to appoint Supreme Court Justices in the mold of arch-judicial activist Stephen Breyer, or that the National Journal rated him America's most liberal Senator.

All you really need to know about Barack Hussein Obama is this: Louis Farrakhan really, really, really wants him to be president.

Of course, it also helps to know about Farrakhan's relationship with Rev. Jeremiah Wright -- Obama's spiritual guide and a racist in his own right.

A revolting piece of human excrement, Louis Farrakhan has run the Nation of Islam for three decades. Despite a bout with prostate cancer, at 74, he can still give 2-hour harangues to the faithful, as he did on February 23.

Speaking to 20,000 followers at NIO's annual "Saviours' Day Convention," Farrakhan got warm and gooey over Obama. [Read More!]

Shariah comes to Old Crimson

"Harvard tries women-only gym hours"
by Brigitte Gabriel - Act for America.

On February 26th we emailed you a story about Muslims in Australian Universities clamoring for classes to be scheduled to accommodate prayer times, and for segregated male and female dining rooms and recreation areas.

Today we bring you an AP story below, which describes how Harvard has adopted a policy of banning men from one of its gyms a few hours each week, to accommodate Muslim women.

The comment by one of the Muslim women who requested the change is particularly noteworthy:

“The majority should be willing to compromise," she said. "I think that's just basic courtesy. We must show tolerance and respect for all others."

But is this “respect for all others,” being “willing to compromise,” and “tolerance,” a two way street? As the Brits, the French, and the Dutch have learned, the answer is a resounding “no.” When the Archbishop of Canterbury stated that the imposition of sharia law is “unavoidable,” and necessary for “social cohesion” in England, he was acknowledging that the answer is “no.” [Read More!]

Is The American Muslim even capable of telling the truth?

Wednesday, March 05, 2008
ED NOTE: Interesting article by Robert Spencer. Be sure and read the comments on his site.

I have long suspected that the Clinton Machine would not allow the nomination, and the presidency, to escape its grasp, and this morning that seems more accurate than it has in awhile. But this isn't about that, it's about the soon-to-be-faded-away Obama and the Persistent Muslim Rumor -- and about The American Muslim, a publication that seems somehow incapable of uttering a true and accurate statement.

Jihad Watch reader James has kindly brought to my attention an article entitled "Attacks on Obama Highlight Racism and Islamophobia," by Sheila Musaji. In the middle of a long fulmination and whine about how everyone is piling on Obama and claiming he is a secret Muslim, she says:

The ever vigilant Robert Spencer accused him of being a Muslim apostate.

Obama: Sermon on Mount OKs Same-Sex Unions

Monday, March 03, 2008
ED NOTE: Well, now we can see how Obama interprets the Bible and Jesus. Why does he see it this way? Because he leans soooo far left he can't stand up straight - morally that is...

Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) told a crowd at Hocking College in Nelsonville, Ohio, Sunday that he believes the Sermon on the Mount justifies his support for legal recognition of same-sex unions. He also told the crowd that his position in favor of legalized abortion does not make him "less Christian."

"I don't think it [a same-sex union] should be called marriage, but I think that it is a legal right that they should have that is recognized by the state," said Obama. "If people find that controversial then I would just refer them to the Sermon on the Mount, which I think is, in my mind, for my faith, more central than an obscure passage in Romans." (See video here) St. Paul's Epistle to the Romans condemns homosexual acts as unnatural and sinful.

Obama's mention of the Sermon on the Mount in justifying legal recognition of same-sex unions may have been a reference to the Golden Rule: "Do to others what you would have them do to you." Or it may have been a reference to another famous line: "Do not judge, or you too will be judged."
