Robert Pastor, vice chair of the Council on Foreign Relations Task Force on North America, had just appeared before a panel of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations to call for erasing all U.S. borders and a merger of the United States, Mexico and Canada in a North American union stretching from Prudhoe Bay to Guatemala.

"We did it!" That's the triumphant email of Nancy Keenan, President of NARAL, when the FDA announced it will dispense the so-called "morning after" pill to women over 18 without a prescription. FRC has been very clear in the media that we believe the FDA's action are unjustified and unprecedented. Beyond the healthcare concerns we are left with a diagnosis of bad politics as well, as it appears that President Bush caved in to Sens. Hillary Clinton (D-NY) and Patty Murray (D-WA) in order to persuade them to release the nomination of Dr. Andrew von Eschenbach to head the FDA. "Stringent conditions and restrictions," were words used by the White House to justify the change. Are you confident that laws restricting the sale of tobacco and alcohol to those under 18 are successful? Can the FDA assure us that adult men will not be able to obtain this powerful Over-the-Counter (OTC) drug for their under-age girlfriends? Tom McClusky, FRC's Vice President for Governmental Affairs, said the FDA is twisting congressional statutes, which it does not have legal authority to do. ...when the minority special interest groups (so loved by the Liberals) have more to say than all the rest of us - oh yes, that WILL happen. It will be the law and the ACLU will be the judge, jury and extortionist, the government will be the executioner - remember all those citizen camps? They are ready for business - Liberal business!

According to her 2003 and 2004 financial disclosure statements, Judge Diggs Taylor served as Secretary and Trustee for the Community Foundation for Southeastern Michigan (CFSEM). She was reelected to this position in June 2005. The official CFSEM website states that the foundation made a "recent grant" of $45,000 over two years to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Michigan, a plaintiff in the wiretapping case. Judge Diggs Taylor sided with the ACLU of Michigan in her recent decision.

When it's not busy removing crosses from town seals, trying to force the Boy Scouts to violate their organizing principles or getting sculptures of the Ten Commandments out of Alabama courthouses, the American Civil Liberties Union is busy protecting the free speech rights of terrorists, as in its recent court victory that rendered unconstitutional our ability to connect the dots we need to connect.

One of the lesser known plaintiffs in the case, Noel Saleh, attorney for the ACLU's Michigan chapter, said the NSA program made it difficult for him to represent his clients, some of whom the government accuses of terrorist connections.

Saleh has had a number of terrorist clients, such as Ibrahim Parlak, a member of the PKK, the Kurdish Islamic terrorist group on the State Department's terror list, who was found responsible for the deaths of two Turkish border police.

Not to mention Imad Hamad, Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine member.

Everyone has the right to an attorney, even Osama bin Laden, according to a recent Supreme Court ruling. That's our system. But not everyone has the right to actively aid terrorist organizations. (click title for more)

Now, I'm going to give my opinions on the state of the hate filled liberals. I have never in my life (66 years) witnessed such vile, hateful and undermining tactics as the liberals are engaged in because they WANT THE WHITE HOUSE BACK. Notice I did not say Democrats, but liberals. Lieberman was the last of the GOOD Democrats. What we have now are a bunch of power hungry, hateful men and woman who advocate peace, tolerance and love of fellow man - while hating ALL who are on the other side of their agenda. I get so mad when they scream - "The American people agree with us." - oh, yeah, NOT THIS ONE!

Did you know one of the plaintiffs in the wire tapping case is the Council on American-Islamic Relations (Muslim lawyers) - and the ACLU (anti-American lawyers) and Greenpeace? Oh, right, NO PROFILING ALLOWED! They all would sacrifice America to bring down Bush. Makes one wonder just what they would DO to protect America FROM terrorists and they are not telling.
