I receive many newsletters daily and I skim or read most of them. I can't remember where I read everything and a lot of it stays with me when I write. Some thoughts in this article are from a web site - www.olivetreeviews.org and it's good food for thought, indeed.

News' stories suggest Hurricane Katrina was "a once in a lifetime" event. How many times in the last five years have we heard that something, usually a disaster, was "of Biblical proportions?

Hurricane Katrina is America's tsunami though you might not know that unless you're watching Fox News. What you won't hear anywhere is that this week New Orleans was to observe "Southern Decadence Day with 100,000 homosexuals gathering there to commit unspeakable acts in public. The brutality of it all was captured on tape outside of Larry's Nightclub on First and Yesler on July 31.

The graphic videotape shows both victims getting beaten over and over again, and then after one of the victims loses consciousness, a suspect starts stomping on his head.

See the scum's pictures at the site and watch the video and if you know who these animals are, call the Seattle police. I don't understand why there is no outrage about this. Where are the "good guys", the heroes, the patriots? How can we let this evil go on and on? Where are the real Americans?

The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) has just let the cat out of the bag about what's really behind our trade agreements and security partnerships with the other North American countries. A 59-page CFR document spells out a five-year plan for the "establishment by 2010 of a North American economic and security community" with a common "outer security perimeter."

"Community" means integrating the United States with the corruption, socialism, poverty and population of Mexico and Canada. "Common perimeter" means wide-open U.S. borders between the U.S., Mexico and Canada.

Then- Please Read this: Its very rare, perhaps UNHEARD OF for a 4 Star Army General to be Fired based on allegations of sexual misconduct. Could there be something a lot DEEPER going on?

This army general was in charge of the base in South Carolina scheduled to hold a "drill" pertaining to a supposed possible terrorist attack involving a nuclear warhead stolen off a ship in Charleston SC- could this "drill" actually be a planned REAL EVENT a la 911?

Well, it's about time. Finally -- after years of abusive, disruptive and discriminatory lawsuits, the pressure is building on the American Civil Liberties Union.

People are starting to ask why ... why would the ACLU oppose random searches of bags on New York City, so soon after the disaster in London. People are asking why the ACLU considers metal detectors at airports to be invasions of privacy. People are asking why the ACLU objects to questioning passengers at airports and bus terminals.

People are asking: Why is the ACLU suing away our security?

It's a good question. And it needs answering.

UC AND NUCLEAR WEAPONS: THE KISS OF DEATH

The top-secret Manhattan Project was laid out by Robert Oppenheimer the night Ernest Lawrence took him to the Bohemian Club during WW II. It was a part of California's brutal rise to economic and political power, described in IMPERIAL SAN FRANCISCO: Urban Power, Earthly Ruin.

In 1939, Nobel Prize-winning physicist Niels Bohr had argued that building an atomic bomb "can never be done unless you turn the United States into one huge factory." Years later, he told his colleague Edward Teller, "I told you it couldn't be done without turning the whole country into a factory. You have done just that." That was after Edward Teller had stuck the knife in Oppenheimer's back, and pulled his clearance. Teller (also known as 'Dr. Strangelove'), went on to promote a grandiose US nuclear weapons program for decades at the nuclear weapons labs: Berkeley, Livermore and Los Alamos. The program remained under a no-bid University of California management contract for 61 years. In a stealth takeover by the Carlyle Group, facilitated by 5 Admirals, the management contract will be transferred next year to the University of Texas where the military and the Carlyle Group will have control. A new 'ramping up' of the nuclear weapons program is underway, with program funding at the highest level ever - even higher than during the Cold War - extending nuclear weapons into outer space, into the very atmosphere that makes life on earth possible, and with no "real" enemy in site.

New York City Sued over Random Searches
"The New York Civil Liberties Union sued the city's police department Thursday, calling the random search of subway riders' bags unconstitutional and ineffective," according to The Washington Post. Charles Peña, Cato's director of defense policy studies, says, "Instead of random searches that are the equivalent of playing the lottery, a more effective approach to subway security would be to have bomb sniffing dogs at subway stations."(click title to continue)

A renegade band of Mexican military deserters, offering $50,000 bounties for the assassination of U.S. law-enforcement officers, has expanded its base of operations into the United States to protect loads of cocaine and marijuana being brought into America by Mexican smugglers, authorities said.

The deserters, known as the "Zetas," trained in the United States as an elite force of anti-drug commandos, but have since signed on as mercenaries for Mexican narcotics traffickers and have recruited an army of followers, many of whom are believed to be operating in Texas, Arizona, California and Florida.
