I am not a 100% Republican. I vote for the person, regardless of what party he/she/it belongs to. I love the person and hate the sin (even my own). I know God is the Judge, not me. I just give my own opinions, like you say, and tell it like I see it.

I think the president is 100% wrong on the illegals issue. I believe I know what is going on there but if I told, I'd be picked up by Homeland Security!

I don't believe Repubs are as bad as the Dems make them out to be but I understand why the Dems say what they do - they have to be totally against WHATEVER the Repubs are for or they wouldn't be the opposition.

I'm looking at a third party or a hero to spring forth. Gee, wish it could be me. I sure know what I'd get done my first 30 days in office ;-)

Always a pleasure to visit the other side of the fence.
You remind me of the Byfield family who publish magazines here in the Canadian West.
I am everything they like to denounce: a social democrat, a feminist, a green.
Yet I like them.

They know what they stand for and they
tell it like they see it. No namby-pamby political correctness nonsense.
I would trust them with my life.

What strikes me is how often people
from different sides can agree on SOME
issues.
Like the new bankruptcy laws and the
dangers of Codex.

You have a sharp eye out for the growing power of the rich and the coporations.

We agree on that one.

I don't understand how that leads to support for the Republican party.
I know you agree with them on the so-
called values issues.

Have you ever looked at the Libertarians?
Google Libertarians, and Mary Ruart,
and take the smallest political quiz.
Encourage yopur readers to take it.
Should be interesting.

Needless to say, I came out a left-leaning liberal, lol.
