Hello IMJ, I am not an attorney. I would not be one for any amount of money. Lawyers are not free to practice law as their morality may dictate. They are under the law of the courts and people with dire agendas. One being euthanasia - ordering the death of someone with the slam of a gavel.

We all watched Terri slowly and horribly die for 13 days. We wouldn't be allowed by those same courts to kill a dog that way or a convicted murder but now, the line has been crossed. NO ONE did a thing to stop it. THAT is what we should be concentrating on. Judges - even blind and arrogant state judges can get people killed in horrible ways.

The dam has broken. The die is cast. Believe it because it will happen again. Did you know that Felos and Greer and Michael are euthanasists and Scientologists? Look that up in Google. Where was the ACLU, woman's groups and all those protesters of the death sentence? THEY ARE ON THE SIDE OF DEATH!

If you have a loved one who is "not normal" DON'T take him or her to a hospice and be very careful of hospitals. What better way to save money than to just slip something lethal in an IV? Felos said Florida has been killing old people and people with disabilities for decades. They brought Terri public to desensitize the public. They always do that when they want to proceed with a horrible agenda. We WILL hear about this happening again and again until no one reacts and THAT is what they (NWO) wants. While I am sure you are correct in what you say pertaining to the 'legalities' of this case, I'd like to know:
Why don't all of these attorneys, including yourself, start a "Attorneys for Terri" foundation and start acting? Sue him for wrongful death, get him in for a lie detector test, and get him psychologically profiled. We're dealing with a real killer here. He's a psychological control freak. How many of you deal with Domestic Violence issues? Isn't is accurate to say Domestic Violence begins at home, and one of the main sicknesses of this issue is CONTROL, maintaining and keeping control AT ALL COSTS? These guys kill their wives in domestic violence cases. It's only through attorneys who are willing to give their time and willing to build a team to pursue a case of this sort who will be successful. Yes, we are lay people, therefore, gather together all of you, and start already! He still has control. He's denied her OWN family from her burial. They won't even be able to visit A GRAVE! He threw them out just before she died. She died with the man who ordered her death! COME ON! I truly hope this family has had counselors willing to give their time to helping this family in their grieving process. I can't imagine the pain they will experience forever more.

Hi Nick, I understand your passion on this subject. Many feel the same. Believe me I will do all I can to get the word out explaining what folks can to influence Congress. It is all about money. The big guns see trillions in the herb and vits world and they know if they can regulate it they will get the money. They could care less about what doctor you see or herbalist you go to - they want to regulate all herbs and vits and call them "drugs" so they can put the price on them and they will cost a lot more than they do now. Yes, indeed we are being "trained" to act as filtering agents and it's true that we can do nothing about the hoards of spam that reaches our inbox. Those are major concerns. The plain and simple fact is that spamcop nor the FTC has stopped spam in any sense of the word or deed. They are just making issues of it and making lots of money. I would like nothing better than to see thousands of publishers use a non email service to send their newsletters however, they are constantly being hammered with emails saying EMAIL IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO and that EMAIL MUST WORK OR WHY ALL THE SPAM. They just can't seem to break away.

Well, someone has to break out of the rat race and I'd like it to be the Internet Press - Publishers! We'll see...

I know exactly WHAT you mean ... I've been publishing an email ezine for 4 + years now.

We both have the same webhost ... I use his list server to send out my ezine and advertisements. His ISP IS being blacklisted by many of the ISPs and the 'anti spam' zealot, spam cop.

I've yet to receive ANY complaint PERSONALLY ... knock on wood :)

I truly wrestle with the choice of continuing to publish email ezines ... or not.

I enjoy publishing, and yes the work can be hard ... with meager rewards for the efforts. While I don't expect to command the income of a "guru", it'd be nice to cover expenses ... I'm not too proud to accept donations :)

I continue to publish on my Q channel, although it tends to be sporadic ....

Now think about this ... as ezine publishers that need to comply with FTC guidelines now ... aren't publishers becoming a 'spam filter' of sorts?

No, we can't control the Viagra, the mortgages, the lose weight or porn spam,

but we DO have to be VERY picky about what we CAN ... OR cannot advertise. From what I understand, the publisher is supposed to check IF the advertisers site (affiliate OR personal) has:

1.) ALL of the proper disclaimers
2.) Has ANY blatant OR implied claims in the advertisement AND/OR the site.
3.) Opinions vary as to WHAT is acceptable ... and what is NOT ... whatever happened to personal reponsibility for one's OWN decision??
