Of course Judge Death does not work alone. His fanatical teammates are Attorney Death and Husband Death, both of whom have a vested interest in seeing this innocent woman die. Husband Death is shacking up with another woman and has produced a couple kids by her; so that means Terri must die. Attorney Death is president of the Florida “Right to Die” group, formerly known as the Hemlock Society, a name that should strike fear into the hearts of all sick and elderly people in a state full of sick and elderly people. So Terri must die. Judicial fiat is the new expression of “choice” in our so-called free society. We must all hope and pray that we stay on the right side of that very weird view of freedom that is nothing more than a game of survival of the fittest.

can anyone verify for me if Judge George Greer is in fact a member of the Hemlock Society. I had a message tonight from someone who said he was, but before I send my letter off to the governor and other local reps I want to be darned sure of what I say. Time will run out for Terri - and I truly think that if we can tie Greer into this and present it to the right people - he will have to step down and the tube will have to be reinserted. I am appalled by some of the things I have been reading it is like playing connect the dots greer>>>schiavo>>>Felos>>>Rice>>.and those who sat on the board of directors at the hospice Terri is being held prisoner in. Tonight I am praying an extra special prayer for Terri - he death frightens me. I read the way people die by starvation - we don't even do that to baby killers, and rapist/killers...even Ted Bundy had his rights was not had a meal withheld. was not deprived of water...thank you for sharing and getting this information out. God Bless you and May God Shine His Light upon Terri Schlinder/Schiavo.

Today, Judge George Greer ordered and adjudged that absent a stay from the courts, the guardian Michael Schiavo shall cause the removal of nutrition and hydration from the ward Theresa Schiavo at 1:00 PM, eastern time, March 18, 2005.
Judge Greer signed the order in his chambers at 2:50 PM on 2/25/2005.
He has allowed estranged spouse Michael Schiavo, who has demonstrated negligence of his duties as a guardianship and spouse, to now kill her.
Michael Schiavo as her husband failed Terri.
The medical system failed Terri.
The judicial system failed Terri
The Government failed Terri.

Since the FTC has made it "law" that web site owners,list owners and publishers put their physical address and phone number on their sites (or be in violation) and all ecommerce mailings, things are getting right into invasion of privacy...
Google has implemented a feature where in you can type someone's telephone number into the search bar and hit enter and then you will be given a map to their house. Everyone should be aware of this! Note that you can have your phone number removed or blocked. I tested it by typing my telephone number in google.com. My phone number came up, and when I clicked on the MapQuest link, it actually mapped out where I live. Quite scary!

When a person puts in writing their wishes to be put to death instead of being on machines, that should be respected.
Terri is not on machines. Terri cries for her mother and says - <b>mommy, help me</b> - does that sounds like she is ready to die? She knows what they are planning to do as they have done it before, for over a week, no food or water, and Gov Bush stopped it. She didn't want to die then either.
Let's pray someone can stop it now. Life in the US has become a political pawn in the courts - a lawyer's money maker and we must stop that or soon ANY disabled or unproductive person will be in Terri's bed - waiting to die.
She should have been given over to her parents years ago and not lord and mastered over by a man who is trying to get her killed without legal representation. He lives with another woman and they have two kids. What about adultery? Is it legal? Why won't he just let her go to her parent's home and live in peace and get the rehab he never allowed? Think about it!
The thing is, Terri is not in a vegetative state as her husband has alleged. Go to http://www.terrisfight.org and watch the videos of Terri interacting with her environment and her family. This is a woman who is aware of her surroundings. She has been denied the therapy and rehabilitation that would most likely (in the opinions of several doctors) allow her to swallow without assistance and very possibly even speak again.
If your wishes are in writing, you are most likely safe, Brisa... but Terri did not leave her wishes in writing. Michael Schiavo didn't mention a word of her wishes until after he received the malpractice award intended to pay for Terri's long-term care and therapy. His brother and his other brother's wife are the only other people who allege they had such a conversation with her in which she expressed a wish not to be kept alive artificially... but not her own family or any of her friends.
The fact that Michael insisted during the malpractice suit testimony that he wanted to provide all possible care to try to improve Terri's condition and to care for her for the rest of her life... and then as soon as he received the award, he denied her any further therapy and tried to get the hospital staff not to treat her for infections... Well, I'm just suspicious of his motives. Her parents want to care for her and get her medical treatment and therapy.
If she is able to speak again, she will make her own wishes known.
I think the critical issue here is to determine what Terry's desires were concerning what decisions she would make for herself if she were in her current situation. I have an agreement with my wife, in writing, that if I am in a coma due to brain hypoxia and the prognosis for meaningful recovery is very poor, that I do not wish to be kept alive artificially....that includes feeding tubes. I would hope that should this horrible fate befall me, outsiders (including my mother) would not interfere in my wife's ability to carry out my wishes.
