I'm a soldier currently stationed in Mosul. I'm getting ready to redeploy back to Germany. I was in a Mosul chow hall when the attack took place, not the one that got hit, though. Another soldier from our warehouse came down to our chow hall to make sure we were allright when he heard the news the chow hall got hit. After lunch, we walked down to the combat support hospital where all the wounded were being treated to give blood. They said they didn't need any but thanked us for our concern.
