How many times have you answered your phone only to have a somewhat lengthy pause ... followed by a prerecorded message?

My husband and I were walking through a mall last weekend. Some people ahead of us were being extremely rude and Jimm commented to me on their behaviour. I guess these people overheard him and referred to him as a 'grumpy, old fart'. And that was kind of the end of the story.
