Yesterday we were in Iowa when we felt the winds pick up and the sky started to darken in that way that is peculiar to summer storms and there it was again - another tornado forming.

Jimm and I delivered a load in Wells, Minnesota this afternoon and it was very muggy and humid. At times it felt as though a heater was blowing on us. Thankfully, we were unloaded in a very short time and drove ten miles south to the interstate and took a brief break at a truck stop there. In a matter of minutes, the winds picked up, the sky blackened and there we were on the fringe of a tornado.
