A Day For Hearts

Saturday, January 31, 2004

Hi there...

Just a quick note to let you know about something a good
friend of mine is doing that I hope you'll want to help with.

Adoption ... The Loving Option

Friday, January 16, 2004
Romanian Flag

Let me tell you a true story.

Way back in 1998, Marcia and Phillip decided to expand their
family. However, due to Marcia's (insulin dependent) diabetes,

Hi Phil,
For some reason, I had a feeling that this was your story even before the page loaded... I'm very much for adoption and do think it's one of the most loving choices any human being can make. I've been blessed with two beautiful boys, yet at one point in our lives, my husband and I thought seriously about adopting a little girl. Some circumstances beyond our control changed our lives, so we never had a chance to pursue this dream. I'm sharing this with you because I truly admire people who adopt. It's a decision that only comes from true unconditional love. Congratulations! Enjoy Gabi, and your wife. Thank you much for sharing! God Bless...

Leadership Is ....

Monday, January 05, 2004

I've found a great book which inspires positive action and
thought. It's so well stated, it might possibly water down
some of it's meaning through paraphrasing.

Leadership is ... Joyous! It's a matchless opportunity to
make a difference by marshaling the talents of others to a
seriously cool cause.
