We think it's wrong to force you into any type of long term contract. We also think that if you decide that one month you need a 100 person room, but the next month a 50 person room will meet your needs, you should be able to manage your account that way - and save money you don't need to spend! We bill your credit card every 30 days. So long as you downgrade your account at least 1 day before your billing date you will charged accordingly.
