The best place to dive in Argentina is in Valdez Península, in the Golfo Nuevo (New Gulf), there is a City there called Madryn and a small village call Puerto Pirámide. The water is a little cold, between 8 and 20 ºC. I recommend going between November and March, the whales are between June and November, but it isn´t posible to dive with them.

Diving in Argentina is in cold waters (from 6 oC to 15). The best spots are are Peninsula Valdes and Patagonia/Ushuaia.
Peninsula Valdes is an Argentinian Marine Wildlife Reserve; home of dolphins and whales (even orcas), elephant seals, seal lions and penguins, which may be spotted and observed from a distance, although it is not uncommon to hear the whales' songs all the way through a dive! Among the dive sites two shipwrecks can be visited, sunk decades ago during storms. The best period for whales is from July to November. All Diving companies are in Puerto Madryn (outside the reserve, one hour drive from the reseve) and/or Puerto Pyramides, one and only pretty little town inside the reserve. For a honeymoon, I would advise to book in Puerto Pyramides : try Lonely Planet Argentina for more up-to-date details about lodging and diving.

In Patagonia, a dry suit is compulsory : the water temperature is about 6/7 celsius degrees at maximum. Ushuaia in Tierra Del Fuego, the biggest southern city in the world (the most southern City is Puerto Williams, a few miles more South), is offering some Diving Centers. I have not tried this as yet.

"There is some amazing diving in south east of Argentina, approx 800 km from BA. The name is Peurta Madryn. I was there out of season and did a few coldish dives with seals. theres also whale watching and from Oct to April and three types of penguins.

Glutathione (pronounced 'gloota-thigh-own') is the body's essential health ABC's - Antioxidant, Blood Booster and Cell Detoxifier.

How do I earn income and when are commissions and bonus checks paid?

There are seven different ways Associates earn income. The commissions and bonuses are paid as follows:

What does the $49 Starter Kit allow an Associate to do?

By purchasing a $49 Max International Starter Kit and generating a minimum of 50 CV, the new Associate becomes qualified to:

What is (CV) Commissionable Volume and how is it earned?

Commissionable Volume (CV) determines how much Team Commissions are paid to each Associate. CV accumulates in an Associate's right and left sales team as a result of the sale of products and New Associate Product Packs which occur in each team during the month. The CV on all non product pack 12 orders is one CV point per US dollar, which means a $66 box of product produces 66 CV. The CV on New Associate Product Packs is not a one-to-one ratio because of the FastTrack commissions that are paid to the sponsor and to the upline. Occasionally, certain sales aids might have CV.

How does one earn FastTrack Commissions?

Enroll with the company by purchasing a Starter Kit and enroll new Associates and sell them a New Associate Product Pack when they enroll. Fast Track Commissions range anywhere from $10 to $75 depending upon which Product Pack is sold. Associates also receive FastTrack Commissions every time one of their personally enrolled Associates sells a Product Pack.

In February 1980, Mark Hughes began selling the original Herbalife weight loss product from the trunk of his car. Completely isolated from other land masses, the terrestrial ecosystem is especially fragile and native species have no natural defenses against introduced species. A recent population surge caused serious environmental problems, however, Ecuador enacted new laws in 1998 that have halted immigration.

From November 13-17, 2000, severe disputes over lobster fishing quotas erupted into violence and lobster fishers threatened to kill park wardens at the Galapagos National Park. Hostile fishers set National Park offices on fire, stole baby tortoises and destroyed telephone communications equipment cutting off contact with the outside world. Tourists were also threatened and prevented from boarding vessels bound for park areas. Park vehicles and other equipment was stolen and destroyed. Local police refused to step in and make arrests.

The Association of Park Wardens of the Galapagos National Park sent a letter to Ecuador's president charging that local police, politicians and judges have colluded with the fishing industry to violate laws aimed at protecting the park and its natural resources. The wardens demanded that a state of emergency be declared and that local police, politicians and judges be forced to take immediate action or be removed. Meanwhile, the fishers have ignored quotas and laws forbidding environmentally destructive fishing methods such as sharkfinning.

There are other threats. Early in 2001, an oil tanker loaded with bunker fuel for tourist vessels grounded on a reef and 1.1 million liters of diesel fuel spilled into the ocean. The archipelago avoided an environmental disaster when winds and currents pushed a huge oil slick out to sea, however, recent scientific studies found that extremely minute amounts of fuel oil killed over 60% of marine iguanas in contaminated areas.

I wrote this article about 3 years ago. It seems timely today as it was then. And Ryan Holland of customleads.net feel free to copy and use this article anywhere you want. But please make sure you give me credit for it because it is an article, not just web site information.

Selling leads is today's version of Slavery!

Buying and selling leads. Why it will never work like it used to. Why it will never work at all anymore.

Why I consider it slavery of your privacy!

I have spent the last 6 months preparing this report. I have heavily investigated the process lead providers use to produce their leads. I have an ethics issue with the entire process as well. So this report is designed to illustrate why buying leads is unprofitable, unduplicatable and unethical. While reading, listen to this song Let Freedom Ring in memory of Dr. Martin Luther King.

The process of producing then selling leads requires capturing someone's personal information. (ie: name, address, city, state, zip, phone and email). The Internet has become the main process for these companies. Mostly utilising spam and to a much lesser degree, the search engines. It doesn't really matter if these lead companies verify the email address either, because they don't care. I will explain that later in my report.

When you buy a batch of leads, so are 50-100 other people. So the race is on. Keep in mind that you are now competing to convince this lead to do business with you against a barrage of other pitches they are receiving. This barrage of calls will put the lead on the defensive unless you are the lucky one to call them first. Even if you are the first one to call (or paid the premium price for exclusivity) them, they DO NOT KNOW who you are. They DO NOT KNOW why you are calling. They DO NOT REMEMBER giving anyone permission to sell their information, much less, to a bunch of unprofessional telemarketers (Sorry, no insult intended). You must deal with massive rejection and even worse a major disconnect. Not just their disconnect, but you disconnect too. Because you don't like having to do this to succeed.

There is a solution, but I will address that later.

A month ago I was on a conference call when my sponsor claimed, "O C sold the best leads. That no other lead company was any good, period". That they called all of the leads and confirmmed them before selling them. So, I decided this was a great opportunity to test these, so called, best leads for sale. I bought 30 of them for about $150.00. I talked to 11 of them, about 30%. Also note, I did not pitch them a deal. I introduced myself as the CEO of Inetekk and was doing a survey in regards to what they thought about having their personal information sold, if they remembered how they gave this information away, and how they felt about all the phone calls they were getting. The ones I talked to are listed. The following is a detailed report of my results. I have omitted the ones that never responded. I called all of them 3 times, left messages, morning, afternoon and, evenings, on 3 different days, including weekends:

Chuki Wooten (NC)(called 9:40am Nov 01 and talked to Chuki). Chuki remembered filling out a bunch of surveys that was required to win the free laptop she received in her email <spam>. One of them was a survey about a residential-based business. She was pretty upset with all the phone calls she was getting from people pitching her on all kinds of business opportunities. She did not recall being surveyed by phone from OC. And she was real upset because she realized she was never going to get the laptop. She felt scammed.

Onell Amor (FL)(called 9:49am Nov 01 and talked to Onell). Onell said 6 residential-based marketers had already called him. Was not impressed. Does not know who OC is. Thinks he signed up for something residential-based work related from an email <spam>. Wanted me to tell OC to stop sending any more marketers. When I explained to him that OC had sold his information to 50+ marketers he got real upset.

Bryan Cole (FL)(called 10;02am Nov 01 and talked to Bryan). Bryan wasn't interested in a residential business because he already had one. Said he had already been called 6 times. Wanted to know why all of a sudden he was getting calls. When I explained that his personal information was being sold he got real angry. When I asked him if he remembered filling out a form on a website or email he said he thinks he did. I asked him if a website disclosed to him that his personal information was being sold to many people would he still fill out a website, he said, "Absolutely not!" He asked me about Inetekk and after explaining what Veretekk is all about he said he would sign up for it, but has not as of this writing.

Lee Henry (OH)(called 10:42am Nov 01 and talked to Lee). Lee did not like getting "tons of calls". He also said he had never been interviewed. Lee said he has cancer and the last time he was on the Internet was 6 months ago. He said at one time he was interested in a residential business but not now. He asked me to tell OC to stop everyone from calling him. He was extremely upset knowing his information was making someone money without his permission.

Barry Bryan (OH)(called 11:15am Nov 01 and talked to Barry). Barry said he had already received 3 calls. He did confirm he had some interest in working from residential. He didn't remember if he filled out a form on a website or email. He said no one had called him from OC. He asked me to call him back in a week. He wanted to go back to sleep. I called him back at 10:12am Nov 08 and got no answer. I left a message. Never heard back from him.

Larry Wofford Jr (MO)(called 11:50am Nov 01 and talked to Larry). Larry told me he had already received over 10 calls today and was not in a good mood about it. He told me he had no money and to please never call him back and hung up on me.

Janet Klein (KS)(called 12:55pm Nov 01 and talked to Janet). Before I could say very much she interrupted to tell me she was not happy with all the calls she was "being flooded with" and not interested and hung up on me.

Candace Aaneb (TX)(called 1:03pm Nov 01 and talked to Candace). Candace was very upset to realize her information was being sold. She was "pissed off by too many phone calls today" regarding "jobs from residential" people. She did not remember anyone from OC ever calling her. She did not remember what she filled out online but did recall doing so in the last week. She asked my to tell OC to stop selling her info and did not want to work from residential anymore.

Sandra Cano (TX)(called 1:51pm Nov 01 and talked to Sandra). Sandra did recall being interviewed by OC but was positive she had never filled out anything online. She told me she didn't want anymore calls either and said good bye and hung up.

The issue is the Disconnect. Do you see the parallel with slavery?

What does that mean? Let me explain. First let me illustrate some examples:

When you receive an email from someone you do not know, is there any reason that you trust anything they are telling you? Is there any reason why you should spend any time even reading what they sent you? They, amongst thousands of others, are filling up your mailbox, and it is probably making you angry. They do not know you, you do not know them, and the entire process has you frustrated, angry, and feeling violated.

You come residential after a few days of being away, and your fax machine is filled with vacation specials, mortgage offers, stock tips, medication offers, networkmarketing deals, etc. You have to sort through this to look for legitimate faxes, and without much thought you through it all away. But if you did think about it, you would realize that all of those thoughtless unsolicited faxes had used paper you paid for, and toner supply that cost you. And why do they send it? Because they think you will believe them, and buy into what ever it is they are selling. Do you? No because you do not know who they are much less trust them.

It is dinnertime. You have just sat down from a long day to be with your family and the phone rings. Sighing, you get up and go to the phone, and answer it. On the other end is a stranger trying to sell you medication, a newspaper, a work from residential deal, who to vote for, etc. You shake your head at this stupid time wasting jerk and hang up.

All three examples are typical cases of disconnect. You do not know them and they do not know you. There is no reason in the world why you will even listen to them, much less buy from them. Why would you? There is no trust. And we live in a world where strangers doing this very thing are ripping off people at an alarming rate. This is a major disconnect. And if this form of selling and marketing really did work, don't you think Ford, Microsoft and AOL, would be doing the same thing?


The deadly disconnect and slavery as well!


So why do you think this type of marketing will work for you or your down line? The worse type of disconnect occurs to you when you pursue this type of damaging marketing. Not only not working, it subjects you to insults, guilt and negative results, robbing you of your hopes, dreams, and self respect, as you realize the terrible reality that this is failing and so are you.


But even worse is the up line, or sponsor, spewing this to their down line as a solution. Talk about stupid! This is the quickest way to destroy your down line, as most of them will try it once, fail miserably, and just quietly fade away as your down line slowly dies. This is the disconnect that kills their dreams, kills growth and eventually kills your organization.
There is an ethical solution to this!


That solution is depending on systems and techniques that connect you to your market.


Your warm market right? You hear that ALLOT IN THIS INDUSTRY. But no we are not referring to your neighbors, friends, family and the 3-foot rule.


Good grief, where would Ford Motors be if they started out and continued to only sell to their friends and neighbors and family. It is laughable and absurb to even think this. But this is another fallacy that leaders, companies, and sponsor propagate. So just forget this because it does not work.

Q. How do I make money in BookWise?



There are six ways to make money in BookWise:

1. QuickStart Commissions

Active Associates will receive a $35 QuickStart Commission on the first qualifying order placed by each new Associate they enroll. Sponsors only receive the $35 QuickStart Commission for those new Associates they have also enrolled. For example, if Liz enrolls and sponsors Mark, she gets the $35 QuickStart Commission on Mark's first qualifying order. If she then enrolls Jim and places him under Mark with Mark as Jim's Sponsor, Liz is the only one who receives the $35 QuickStart Commission on Jim's first qualifying order.

2. Unilevel Commissions
The Unilevel compensation plan was created with four main objectives:
- Simplicity
- Quick Profitability
- Possibility of Profitability
- Fairness

To accomplish these four objectives, BookWise rejected the complex qualifying methods associated with most MLMs. There are only two simple qualifications necessary to get paid on eight levels. In addition, there is a third qualification to meet the Bonus Level payments:
- Associates must maintain Active status (having a monthly qualified purchase of at least $35) in order to participate in the BookWise compensation plan and earn Unilevel commissions on level one.
- Associates must maintain Qualified Associate status (having enrolled at least three Active Associates in their organization) in order to get paid on levels two through eight.
- Bonus Level—Associates must enroll a minimum of nine Active Associates into their organization to get paid on the Bonus 9th Level. We call this the Nine for Nine.

Unilevel commissions are based solely on the Monthly Book Selection orders of Active Associates in an organization's downline. All other book order commissions will be paid as Additional Volume Commissions. The Unilevel percentages for each level of a downline are as follows:


Level 1—2%
Level 2—4%
Level 3—2%
Level 4—1%
Level 5—1%
Level 6—1%
Level 7—2%
Level 8—3%
Bonus Level—4%


3.Matching Commissions
This is the truly revolutionary part of the BookWise Compensation Plan—an active Qualified Associate will receive 100% matching commissions on all Unilevel Commissions paid to any Associate they have enrolled in their organization. Imagine if you got to match the checks of everyone you hired at your day job. Pretty exciting idea, really.

4. Preferred Customers
Associates can enroll Preferred Customers into their organization and will earn a 10% monthly commission on all of their Preferred Customers' purchases.

5. Direct Retail Sales
When you join BookWise and purchase a BookWise starter kit, you become a bookstore. All BookWise Associates may purchase books at wholesale prices (40% off) and resell them to friends, family, book clubs, reading groups, etc.

6. Additional Volume Commissions
Active Associates receive a 1% commission on additional books purchased by all Associates in the first five levels of his/her downline, excluding Monthly Book Selection orders.

There are three kinds of potential customers that salespeople have to deal with on a daily basis. These customer profiles are 1) going to buy 2) not going to buy 3) on the edge.

Each type of sales organizations deal with different percentages of these people depending upon the type of company. If you have a retail store in a mall your going to buys are probably much lower than if you have a destination location. A company that makes sales call by appointment has a higher percentage of going to buy customer than one with a showroom. The point isn't the percentages. The point is what do salespeople need to do with each of these customer profiles.


Today we will look at the Going To Buy customer.

There are three specfic things that salespeople need to do with the going to buy customer.

1) Take the money. In other words don't do anything that would cause the customer to change their mind and not buy from you. Don't make a technical presentation if it is not neccessary. Don't say to much to talk them out of the purchase. I will never forget I was looking to buy a digital camera and the salesperson at the camera store told me I should wait a couple of years until the technology catches up with the price. I didn't want to wait a couple of years but what choice did the salesperson give me. I had to go to another store and buy a digital camera, at the second store they took my money.

2) Try to bump them up. Try to sell the customer a higher quality version of the same merchandise. In a customer service driven way of course. For example if I have a pair of shoes that cost $50. I wear them once and they are uncomfortable and give me blisters. That night they get thrown in the closet never to be wore again. On the other hand I have a pair that cost $200. they are very comfortable, I wear them 2 - 3 times a week and they last for a couple of years. Which is the least expensive purchase? The $200. pair of course. Try to bump the customer up and sell higher priced goods.

3) Try to sell additional merchandise. Selling add-ons is a customer service and is the only way for many customers to maximize both sales and profits. You have to try to sell additional merchandise.
